Not worth even a star. I understand shortages of help are everywhere. However, when they are out of shake mix, jalapenos and you ask for a simple refund you are told they don't know how. The manager is calling the general manager. When the manager comes she is very rude and raising her voice. Only got a refund for half the order. Still having to wait over 25minutes for the other food. Will not be back.
My wife and I ordered take out last evening. 2 beef and cheeders and crinkle fries. We were eating fries and my wife noticed they stuffed curly fries a third of the way in the bottom of container on hers. So I looked at mine and it was the same. Very disappointing that they would try to pass something so simple. What else are they trying to pass.
Not worth stopping by unless you want to also foot the bill to get your car repaired on every trip. Drive thru and parking lot is covered in unavoidable craters. Not potholes but craters as they're all nearly a foot deep and several feet wide. Its has been like this for years with no signs of ever getting fixed.
I've never seen a drive-up and parking lot in worse condition. The surface of the moon would be smoother. Truly, you risk damaging your car just going through the drive-up. Food is good, but not worth the risk!
Still my favorite fast food place. The chicken wrap I had was very good.
Ordered the double roast beef sandwich. The meat was old, dry and nasty tasting. There is no way that the person making the sandwich would not have known what they were doing.We couldn't eat it. The coke was flat. Not a good experience.

Horrible service anymore. Dining room closed so you have to go drive thru. Won't take your order until the car at the window gets their food. Waited 10 minutes, only one car in front of me. Ridiculous!!!
Fries were super fresh. Gyros were delicious but Smokehouse brisket sandwich was a little dry.
