From 4 stars to 1, this place has gone downhill badly in the past few years. Unless other local fast food places, it isn't recovering well from the pandemic, sadly. Went to go pick up a prepaid order around peak dinner time (just after 6pm) and was greeted with a shuttered entrance.The lobby is suppose to be open until at least 9pm, they closed it claiming "short staff" (when was that ever an excuse before 2020?), and when I called them to let them know I had a prepaid order and wanted to pick it up in the "crave zone", they told me it wasn't ready yet and sent me to the drive-thru, where I waited over 20 minutes for an order that should have been ready for pickup inside the lobby.Terrible customer service, skip this location if you see a closed lobby. It means you'll be waiting forever for burgers that take seconds to make.
This place deserves no stars…I am absolutely disgusted with the white castle on 30 i got a drink and spit out an onion. (IM SEVERELY ALLERGIC TO ONIONS) which is why I only got fried items then when I called to explain what happened, the manger santana cussed me out when i demanded a refund. i am absolutely disgusted,dissatisfied, and all out attacked. I cannot believe that they would hire someone as disrespectful as the woman i spoke to. i will absolutely not be coming back to this location and i will be telling the ladies at bible study about this. ?
Only ones there and we had a long wait for our sliders. We ordered 8 cheese sliders the 4 on the bottom of the bag were cold.
My wife and I enjoyed our sliders with extra onions!
Always good, it's white castle. Drive thru, fast accurate, cheap, filling. They never fail to make my drive with a smile. Been going to this place when ever i drive through there since 1996. And know the workers have changed several times.. bur always wonderful. I can only imagine some management person has been there the whole time because this place is reliable awesome for years.
The KIDS you have working there are rude!!!! We ordered fish nibblers. Realized that they didn't give us tater sauce.. We saw a worker and I said they didn't give us tater could we have some...she said " we don't just give tater sauce you have to ask for it....I'm like really!!!! When you order chicken rings you ask what sauce??? Don't you!!!!!.... Just stupid! and rude!!! These kids that work there shouldn't be working if they have no customer service training! It was like they didn't want to help in anyway, shape, or form! Find a job where you don't have to deal with the public.
Ordered dinner from white castle and had it show up in a timely manner however over half the order was missing I called the restaurant and asked what happened they informed me the forgot to put it in the bag but because I ordered via Uber they couldn't do anything. I then drove up there and they were very helpful once I was they and even replaced the whole order for the inconvenience.
Yes it's easy to get in and out of it is restrooms is got the White Castle in their very courteous and nice people in there
I wish that the dining room was open, but the drive through was fast and efficient considering the long line of cars that was there at the time. HAPPY 100th birthday!!!! CRAVE ON!
Absolutely terrible service waited 20 minutes plus at 7pm on a Friday with 2 cars in front of me just to order ...waited another 45 for order for wrong items and frozen fries and half cooked burgers
