4 stars to 1 star, just the worst customer service, they lost my business.I placed an order through the Wendy's app to have the food delivered to my home nearby: I work as a delivery driver and was taking time off to relax and not have to deliver my own food. So I placed the order through the Wendy's app and waited...and waited.The delivery driver apparently had some issues finding the store and took nearly an hour to deliver an order that was minutes away from it's destination. By the time it got to me, 2 of the 3 items ordered were cold (fries and the burger) and my 3rd item (a frosty) was missing entirely.Keep in mind that, although I ordered through the Wendy's app, the company contracted the order out to Doordash for the delivery. I took the order back to the store with the receipt and asked if I could get the food remade, since it was completely cold, and my frosty was missing.They refused, stating they have no responsibility for "Doordash orders" (even though I ordered through THEIR app, not Doordash) and you have to do complaints through them (which I couldn't, since I didn't place the order through that company). I mentioned that I also didn't get my frosty and they again refused to even make a missing item that costs the company almost nothing.This store will not give their customer the benefit of the doubt and they refuse to make things right when an order is wrong. Avoid this franchise location and stick to the restaurant off of Highway 30 and Silhavy if at all possible. If there's something wrong with your food, they don't care and they won't fix it.
It's fast food so you can't be upset when you get food that is too greasy or too fattening. We go to these places because we either have no time to cook ourselves or we just don't want to. I give all these fast food restaurants the same rating and that is a 2 or 3. I give them a 2 if they screw up my order and a 3 if they don't. Any questions?
Have gone here on Fridays and SaturdaysFridays the drive thru is done in 5 minutesSaturday it takes 15 minutes.This has been consistent.Starting to believe the B Team works on Saturday
Always getting the order wrong and we end up waiting for an eternity for someone to even come on the drive through speaker.
I wish they had some vegetarian offerings besides potatoes (oh the carbs!) and salad. Many other fast food establishments have started serving alternative burgers. It's time for Wendy's to join the party!
The cashier in drive thru refused to return my card for a good 5 minutes even after I asked for it back. He had already ran the payment. Sketchy people.

All of our food from this location was undercooked and just awful all around. We got our money back but will not be returning to this location ever again.
Chicken sandwich was small, roll tasted stale, salad ok. Double bacon cheeseburger had little bacon
Start with cooking your burgers all the way through. Drain the grease from the fried foods so it isn't soggy and nasty. Wendy's is going downhill fast. 4th bad experience in 3 months, all different locations.
