Came here for breakfast while on vacation. Coffee is good, service is quick. Fruit was not ripe and was clearly cut by same knife that cut a tomato, my canteloupe had tomato seeds on it and tasted like tomato on one side. Didn't seem worth complaining about since we probably won't get here again. Waitress was super nice.

Great Breakfast place in valpo. Love their tightly rolled omelettes (non fluffy) and they have a wide variety of items in their menu. Always busy when open. It's a valpo classic.

Unfortunately I was disappointed with the breakfast options as well as how the food tasted. There was very limited options for breakfast. I went ahead with the sausage egg croissant sandwich with cheese added to it. The bread was somewhat stale and burnt, the egg tasted awful as if it was left out or reheated. The sausage was so small compared to the entire sandwich that there was no point in having the sausage on it. The cheese didn't even look normal. We also ordered some orange juice as well, the glasses looked like they still had smudges all over them and no we didn't get straws. Maybe I came in on a bad day, maybe they aren't usually like this. I don't know. But my experience wasn't so good☹️

They were very busy when we stopped in very few parking places left and we did not wait more then 5 minutes to be seated our waitress was very attentive and quick our food came out fast and was hot and good.

Nice little busy restaurant that makes a damn good omelet and some great hashbrowns. Has great other food too.Has great customer service with all customers. There customers that ask for certain waitresses because they are liked so much.

Iv been wanting to try eating here for awhile now. I finally had a chance and I’m not disappointed. Everything was so fresh and SO delicious. The onion rings was our appetizer and they tasted homemade. I had a Viking chili bowl and I think that’s some of the best chili Iv had in quite some time. I also had the Viking burger( don’t remember the full name) and woah was that so delicious. Tastes so fresh and juicy Aslong with some fries as the side. The fries were also very good. The waitresses were so nice and helpful with the menu and recommendations. I highly recommend coming here to try it out if you haven’t tried the chance.

I went there on a Sunday morning with an old friend to do breakfast and catch up. The service was outstanding, the food was fresh and prepared right, and it was very affordable. It's a nice place with a comfortable, casual atmosphere, and a very friendly and efficient staff. Highly recommend this place.

The staff was really kind and compassionate to our autistic and nonverbal daughter. She has an intolerance to waiting and was having a very mild tantrum, and were very good to her while we waited to find find seat (the place was very busy). Serving sizes were huge, service was super fast, and very good and attentive staff.

Classic hometown diner for reliable breakfast favorite and lunch staple. Friendly staff. Always good. May be packed early AM. Try the ham, homemade biscuits, omelets, and pancakes. Local gem.

Amazed with how attentive the staff is especially with helping each other, I ordered the steak medium rare it came back part of it well done and part medium plus was surprised by the lack of flavor on the steak itself. Was disappointed with how the it turned out but overall still a decent place to eat at when family comes into town.
