We always seem to get a happy and cheerful cashier. Although I will say they always seem to forget our cinnamon twists LOL I don't know why LOL. But I love going to this place if just for the cashiers at the drive-thru. We always get the chicken quesadilla. It is very cheesy and yummy we love it. Cinnamon twists are a must for us. Please remember our cinnamon twists next time LOL thank you
What a friendly group of people. Having left Walmart and the circle of hell that experience left in my soul, I needed some food to fill the void that used to my humanity with a little girl in tow. Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile, patience, and an overall sense of decency and kindness. Looks it's taco bell so let's not hand out the Michelin stars, but breakfast burritos are worth stopping in to try or as a way to replenish after shopping.
I made a mobile order and when I arrived at the store, I was told there was going to be a 10 minute wait. I completely understood they had a long line. I was more disappointed when I received my food. I ordered a coffee on the mobile app and when I went to mention I didn’t receive it they closed the window and said I didn’t order a coffee. I had my receipt. Also my hard shell taco had tomatoes on it which I did not order. My wife had hair in her chicken melt. I order steak on my burrito and got beef. Overall very disappointed.
I really didn’t want to say anything nor did I plan on it but when I complained to Taco Bell they were rude. I love Taco Bell so when I opened my chicken power bowl and saw a long hair in it, I was shocked but called and they said I could have a replacement. I go through the drive thru where the lady raises her voice at me, and then after just hands me the bag and when I say “Thank you!” says nothing. I wasn’t rude, didn’t even ask for a refund, but when she was rude to me over their mistake? Not a great experience
It's taco bell food good. But staff got my order wrong 2 times. One at the window with drinks and got to holtel and seen we were missing stuff in are bag. Went back and they never told me sorry just here is your order. Disappointed
Consistently courteous, quick, and accurate. Have never gotten a meal wrong and food is always top notch. Would recommend.
It's ok but could be much better. Food not that fresh and the workers are very messy making tacos. Need to be more consistent.
The service was fast, workers were super nice and we’re happy to see customers walk in the door!
They were out of a lot of the food that I like so I had to get something different
I couldn’t go in the drive through because their computer wasn’t working, I had to go inside and order. No big deal, there was a lady in front of me that just finished ordering, I was next. The two ladies, (one had eyebrow piercings) at the register both saw me come up behind her and ignored me and walked away. I stood there for 25 seconds and they both ignored me. Don’t hire lazy workers
