Got there and only one employee working. Guy had like 12 sandwiches to make because the people at the front of the line couldn't order ahead. So he worked as fast as he could trying to get the line moving. Don't understand why subway couldn't get another employee to fill in and help this guy out but he came through and i appreciate him keeping cool in an otherwise stressful situation. The 5 stars are for this lone employee and not for the mismanagement of this restaurant.

With 5 people in line it was an astonishing 50 minute wait just to place my order and the orders were 1 or 2 sandwiches per person in line. I get that the food is made to order, but I've eaten at a ton of Subway restaurants and never waited anywhere near this long. Maybe having a manager or someone with experience working would've solved this.

1st, since new management has taken over service is much faster & customer service personalities are very welcoming & pleasant. Thumps up to a young man named Drew for holding the fort down when hard times (one man crew). Drew’s pleasant & patience professionalism is outstanding. Also, Madi love ? your warm welcoming calm & Collective collective personality. You both are a great team!At the time of purchase the debit card machine @ that moment was not working. And I did not have enough cash to make the purchase although Drewdid state that he would let it go. At this point a woman stepped on my behalf more than willing to pay for my purchase in cash. After the second or third try of inserting my card the machine did accept the purchase. I failed to obtain the woman’s name who was willing to pay for my purchase in Cash.THANK YOU - THANK YOU***I was lost 4words because it’s usually me doing something like that for somebody and never did I expect someone to step up on my behalf. I did call back Subway to obtain additional information (possibly a regular customer) of the woman so in- turn I can bless her next purchase. But to no avail. I should have done that then - but again I was so lost for words.To that woman: You have truly touched my heart and will always keep you lifted up in prayer that the Good Lord in the name of Jesus Christ bless you double for for your kindness and outreach. I've been going in for the last couple of weeks to get a salad with Rotisserie chicken and until today, have been extremely satisfied, however today the gave me half of what my other salads was and when I mentioned was told this was the normal amount, needless to say if this is the normal amount I won't be going back.. It's too much money for a half bowl of salad..

After waiting in line for half an hour while the girl (slowly) made the sandwiches, as I was getting ready to advance to the next in line I heard the girl ask for more tomatoes and the guy said we don't have any more. So, I left. Thr sandwich would not be the same without them. They should have announced that they were running out of tomatoes so I wouldn't have stood there that long.

Despite being obviously overwhelmed by the volume of customers that had flooded in before me, they got my order correct and were very fun to chat with while they did. They even convinced me to buy a cookie because they were so nice (ok... if I'm being 100% honest, it wasn't THAT hard to convince me to buy a cookie) I will definitely be going back here!

Showed up at 8:45 pm, 15 minutes before closing time, to be asked if we were paying by cash. We were told they were only accepting cash at that point. No other explanation. Because we did not have cash they were unable to take our order. Not a single person inside the store. Poor customer service!!

Ordered food, but said they couldn’t use my gift card on 2 different occasions. Please get it fixed !

Horrible service. I had my employee pick up an online order from there and they did not give him the drink and chips I paid for. When I called to speak with someone, the phone rang busy multiple times.

I like this location for some of the staff...however it does look a little dirty.
