I went inside and ordered a there screen noticing that they do not have any waitstaff. I pick email recipe it didn’t so I took a pic of the screen for my expense report and some waitstaff kid accused me of taking his picture and had the manager refuse to give me my food, a refund or even a recipe. This place had no shakes, bacon or cheese anyway
Good food, out of ingredients but I can understand supply issues. What little interaction with staff we had was pleasant. Good prices. Fun atmosphere. Very dirty dining room though. We had to clean our own table, the floor was sticky and seats were also sticky and the entry was dirty when first coming in and the kiosks could've used a wipe down. The bathrooms were nasty. Cleanliness made this 3 stars everything else was great.
Working in the food industry isn’t easy. I know that first hand, but the experience I had here was completely unacceptable. I ordered two sandwich meals that came with fries and drinks, a Hot Dog meal that came with fries and a strawberry shake and then a side of cheese fries. We ended up not getting the shake, Hot Dog, fries with the Hot Dog and the cheese fries.Now I understand the girl working there said it was her 3rd day, and maybe she had messed up when she put in the order. A boy ended up telling us to pull into spot one and he would bring it out to us. We got the shake and Hot Dog. Which I’m very grateful for. But they didn’t give me the fries for the Hot Dog or the cheese fries. Instead they gave me a cheese cup and said we aren’t getting the fries because it’s not on the receipt. Not our fault it’s not on the receipt. We want what we ordered.Now the food and shake we got did not taste good at all. The fries, which were the ones we got for the sandwich meal, was off and very, very soggy. The sandwich was WAY too salty which I know can’t really be helped. And for this being called “steak and shake” the shake was not good at all. Not the place I remember it being at all.The customer service wasn’t good either. The boy and girl working there weren’t friendly nor did they really care our order was wrong on the receipt. Very unprofessional.You have lost two customers and we will never be coming back.
The food was good but they where out of a lot of stuff and they gave us small paper straws for our snickers milkshakes so I couldn't get anything up the straw and they don't have dine In open but like all the covid stuff is over so that's dumb
I don't know how this place stays open. Last 3 times we have been there they are either closed completely or drive through only or toady it got even better with door dash delivery only! Are you kidding me!
The tiny little paper straw they give you with a shake is a joke- styrofoam cup and plastic lid, but a paper straw will save the world. A vanilla shake will barely even suck through and snickers or Nutella shakes clog it immediately- completely useless! Not to mention the shakes didn’t even fill the cup! Burgers were greasy and gross and the fries were super disgusting- they definitely haven’t changed the oil in the deep fryer in months! Absolutely the grossest meal I’ve eaten in a longggggg time!
Ordered online. Scheduled a 915 pickup. Their online order system charged my card the full amount. I arrived and was told the store was closed and my order hadn't been made. I had the confirmation email from their site, as well as the charge to my bank card, and the site will not allow me to request a refund, nor is there a contact option. I am beyond furious. I get needing to close earlier than the website says, absolutely everyone is short staffed. And I dont blame the employees. But since the site took my money in exchange for nonexistent food, I need to call the bank in the morning and contest the charges because there is no phone number or email address under the contact us tab of that site. Which is a frustrating use of my time. So. Nothing against the employees, but don't use that thieving online order system.
Opening late, closing early. Way understaffed. Employees are trying, yet it took multiple explanations for the order. I wanted three burgers. Two to be the same and one different. One to be a meal. He kept repeating it back like he had it, receipt was wrong, then wanted to tell me what I wanted to order. It’s not the employees fault the business can’t keep their employees. Boost their wages or shut your doors. This is becoming too much fun. I feel for the employees. Their manager went to have a smoke break and got in her car and left. They said she does it like 10x a day everyday.
Waited 10 minutes to get to speaker in drive thru and they made me wait another 5 minutes after. Being in a work van it is hard to go most places and it was a viable option. After finally ordering I waited another 20 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me and the line never moved. I tried to call to let them know to cancel my order and I could not even get an answer on the phone. If they are short handed, I wouldn’t believe it because someone was outside picking up trash. Not sure what the issue is here but they need to het their heads clear and order out the door. Will not be back.
