I hate to say this but I go to Starbucks pretty much every day and I order the same thing every time. This time I knew immediately that it was too light and I said something about there being too much cream in there. The cashier just looked at me and said okay.... The line took 10 minutes just to get through the payment app wasn't working so I couldn't redeem my stars. Just an overall bad experience I don't pay $7 to drink sweet cream. I had to go to the gas station just to buy a black cold brew in order to make it even drinkable
Nice place to meet with people. I'm musician and I love all kinds of music, but the music was too loud. Just turn down a little and it would make conversation and work easier. Love the lemon cake, and peach ice tea.??

i had a bad day today & decided to get starbucks to make me feel better & omg it did because listen….whoever made a pink drink at about 10:15am today with a impossible breakfast sandwich (4/4/22) made them both so good. they put their whole starbuckussy into this & i love them. thank u barista<3
They always have a long line but it moves pretty quick. They are very friendly

Love this location! I go almost every morning (ok, maybe every morning ?) and the employees are ALWAYS friendly and outgoing. They will go above and beyond to be helpful (and let’s be honest, the majority of people are not exactly cheerful at 4:30am, but these peeps always have a smile and good attitude)Serious shout out to the morning crew at the Calumet location ❤️
Service was speedy and friendly, even with as busy as they (constantly) are. Order accuracy was perfect, no complaints.
Went in tonight to get coffee..Kylie made the order and was extremely rude because she forgot to put whip cream on them and had to..she stuffed the drink carrier so full drinks fell out and had to be bought again..i will not be returning to your store again
Overall consistent quality and customer service. If you plan to go inside, don't park in the parking lot. Most of the time your car will get trapped by the drive thru line and you'll be stuck.
