Had wrote a review a few days ago regarding a coupon not being utilized for a 50% off. I just deleted the review on accident but wanted to update to anyone who had read that. A manager contacted me and apologized for the mistake that had been made. The young man that had taken the order was fairly new and has now been educated on how to process that particular type of coupon. Managment was extremely apologetic and quick to recover and make me feel much better about the situation. They offered a credit for the WHOLE pizza!!! We well absolutely order from Rosati‘s again as that is our favorite pizza and the closest to Chicago as we can get in pizza.

Ok I love this place and that I can order through an app. My issue is with the discounts. It's a pain to tear off the little cardboard pieces and save them for a discount. If I am ordering through the app can't the app just be made to keep track of the pizzas ordered and when I get a discount? Seems so much easier and more organized than pulling part of the pizza box off and saving it. I get why we did it in the 80's but it's not the 80's anymore. If Starbucks can keep track of my coffees Rosati's should be able to keep track of my extensive pizza purchases. Yes, I mean extensive. The pizza really is good.

Very tasty. Our crust was so soggy though. But you can tell if it wasn’t soggy it would have tasted really good. Normally we get the stuffed pizza but this time we got the thin crust.

I ordered and paid online. The site offered online tracking, that stated the order would be ready within 40 - 50 minutes. I watched the tracking and after 40 minutes it said the order was ready. I arrived to be informed that they couldn't find my order. My pizza was found in the rack next to the oven, waiting to be cooked by a young girl with alot of attitude. I want to thank the manager type person that reduced the price of my order. Thank you!!

Over all pizza and staff were great!Quality products are used in preparing their pizza and sandwiches and they are quick to fix it if you are not happy for any reason. Online ordering is simple, which is a huge bonus.

I use to work for Rosati‘s and this is my experience. When I quit I got my last paycheck and it was about $200 short I had to fight to get the rest of my paycheck. Then when I got the check it was still $30 short. The GM Paige is the one who I had to contact to solve my paycheck problem. She told me “this isn’t my money It’s not my problem”. I then asked for the owners number so that way she didn’t have to be the middle man. She then told me she could not give me that information. Anyone who is thinking about working here please reconsider. It was a horrible experience and they will screw you over on your paychecks.

Everyone was young and very polite.pizza is always right and cooked well done how we like it. Never have a problem with this place. I suggest it to anyone looking for a great pie.

On 2/11/22 at 7:55 PM, I attempted to order online from my local Rosati’s only to find the online portal was “down” or turned off. I then called my local Rosati’s and ordered a 16” Thin Crust, well done, extra sauce, Italian sausage, and pepperoni. My ticket number was #160. I attempted to use my coupon but was told it was online only.I received my pizza about 40 minutes later around 9 PM and attempted to eat it when my husband got home at 10. The pizza was not well done at all. It was light (I have pictures), maybe normal bake. I assumed the store closed at 10 (as this is posted on the website). I decided to call in the morning.On my initial call at 11 CST, I was told to call back around 12 PM to speak to the assistant manager. I called after 12 PM and spoke to Fiona. I was told that I should have attempted to call after closing and that since it was the next day, there is nothing they can do for me. The closing time is also incorrect, as I was told that it was at 9 PM and the website states 10 PM. I wasn’t satisfied with this response, as I manage in food service and understand the power of word of mouth and return business. I stated I would call back and talk with Zachary, the manager.I was also told by Zachary that because I didn’t eat the pizza immediately and it is the next day, that the “policy” is that he could only offer me $3-$4. This is insulting and unacceptable. This is especially because I received an undercooked pizza my previous time ordering from this location but wanted to give the kitchen the benefit of the doubt.Nonetheless, I will not be back as I feel that the power of my dollar as a consumer is not important to this establishment. I voiced my experience respectfully and thoroughly and I was told basically “oh well”.UPDATE: Paige the GM reached out per request of owner. I confirmed with Paige my experience and she was very responsive. Although one should never “complain” with the sole intent of receiving something, management took care and resolved this issue. I am appreciative that my value as a customer wasn’t dismissed and that the company reached out to me. I was also informed that Paige, the new GM is taking steps to work on consistency with her team so that they may uphold customer standards. Thank you all!

We ordered Rosati's for the Super Bowl this past Sunday and we had a few issues. Paige followed up on my concerns, and we were able to come to a satisfactory solution. I thank management for getting back to me so quickly. I upgraded to four stars, and only one is missing because of the Sunday incident. Again, thank you for getting back to me so quickly.

I always have a great experience. They have great pizza, wings, calzones, Italian beefs and more. I've been loving rosatis since I was in Jr high and was lucky to find one 30 min away. They always gave the food ready on time and food never disappoints. If you haven't already give them a try you will definitely be going back for more.
