Poor service. No refills on drinks or fries. I was only given 10 fries with my burger. I showed the server she said she would order more, they never showed up. We sat for half our meal with empty glasses. This was in between lunch and dinner, so it was not busy.
Went here before grocery shopping to get my birthday burger with my lovely wife. I got the burning love burger, wife had some kind of burger..the burgers were great and so were the fries...this was on a Sunday and they were severally shot handed, our server who I believe was the bartender did a great job thru the adversity! Bravo!I will go back again
It has been a few years since we have eaten here....now I remember why! Stopped in to dine towards the end of the evening...maybe 8pm or so. Service was not the greatest and the food was average at best. Waitress must have been new...wasn't very organized. Still screwed the order up even after confirming it twice. Refills on the fries were way too slow...there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Guess I will wait a few more years to return...??♂️

Tried this place five times. It's not wonder people don't want to work there. They keep explaining how hard it is to keep good people, and that may explain their overpriced/less than yummy food and waiting forever to get a water glass refilled. It's odd that a chain restaurant can be this bad, but at least they're consistent in staying awful. Have to commend that.
Called ahead to get on wait list. Gave them My name and phone number. Called when we got to the parking lot and they said they would text me. Waited an hour and finally went in. They had my name and phone number written on a piece of paper. They never put it in the system! Then the manager kept asking me if I was sure I called their restaurant. I said how would you have my name and number if I didn’t? Manager then told me we would have to basically start our wait all over bc their employee never put us in. Manager was useless. Employees were rude! Never again!
Loved the food first off! Service was friendly, helpful, and fast. It was not too expensive for the amount of food and quality of food you get. Plus the milkshake was YUMMY ? Ive always love Red Robin and will def be returning again and next time we will have to make it a family lunch. It was just my husband and I we had a cozy little booth that was perfect for the 2 of us.Thank you Red Robin for a great lunch!
Although we had to wait to be seated (15-20 minutes), once we sat down and ordered, our drinks ? and food ? came quite quickly. Everything was hot, flavorful, and plentiful. I highly recommend the Black n' Bleu Burger ? with a side of garlic fries ?!
Post pandemic Red Robin is a pretty big let down I must say. We used to love going there, but the removal of menu items along with waiting to be seated when the restaurant is empty is getting old. We have been three times in the past 6 months and have not been happy at all. Still a decent burger, but just not worth the hassle. Head over to Culver’s.
Four for lunch today. Excellent choice was this Red Robin. Friendly, clean and excellent service. Evidently we need to go out more in in the middle of the day. Drink order taken and while we were giving our waitress the food order, our drinks arrived. We were all surprised. Tower of Onion Rings was next up. Perfectly crisp and the Ranch dipping sauce was good but the Chipotle one was even better! All had burgers and fries. I had the Whiskey River one. Very tasty. Two Cheese burgers and a Double burger. All were very happy. We all commented on how perfectly hot the fries were. On more then one occasion at different locations we had all experienced cold soggy fries from this chain.Tip, try not to go when very busy!.
