To leave a review I have to put a ratingWould love to eat here. But after reading the reviews. It looks like some of the people are just trying for free food. Children bowls, burnt steak legit an maybe few others, but I'll check back in a few months. Times have been hard trying to find good help.
Worker with purple hair and thick eyeliner wrapped my burrito terribly. When i unwrapped my foil, I could have eaten the burrito with a fork. she was throwing objects around and did a half job. we then asked if there was military discount and nobody had a clue if there was or what it would be. another worker claimed she didn’t know because she’d only been working there since February. It’ll be June next week… Workers need retrained and to slow down and do their jobs with care. Seemed the girl who did my burrito simply had no care. Simply wouldn’t go back
Staff was very dry and rude. The place wasn't that busy, there was only a few people ahead of us in line, and it took FOREVER to get to us. Then as they filled an online order, they used the last of the impossible meat right as we were up. That is the only thing I eat from there, and they said they were out and that was it. Total disappointment as we had to find somewhere else to go. I mean if the staff was a little more friendly and apologetic maybe I wouldn't have been so upset.
Closed early due to short staffing, which is understandable. However my friends and I felt forced out although it was 45 minutes prior to them closing. Things were being thrown around and looked not sanitized or clean. Workers had no uniform so we had no idea who was an actual employee or not. Not only that but an employee had live crickets at a dirty table. Not a fan of this experience
So do you guys not wear masks hat or a uniform because I went tonight no one was wearing any of that. No one washed there hands, cashier was handling food and money off and on. food was cold. Good job ?
The perfect example of white washed Mexican food. The cilantro rice tastes like there might have been cilantro in the dish at some point, but not significant. The black beans are unseasoned, basically like out of a can. The pico de gallo is basically just diced tomatoes. The guacamole was even sad. Nothing had any flavor.
My mom and I went to qdoba in valpo and had a wonderful experience! James helped us and was so nice and patient with us as we needed multiple bowls for our family. He was very accommodating and it was a great atmosphere! Thank you so much!
Just ate here. Was a regular, I will not be returning. I had to wipe off a table to eat at, then had the pleasure of watching the cashier play on her cell phone as she enjoyed cookies and brownies, then watched her wipe her nose with her hand and finish eating, Done!

Worst service ever!!!! For starters they had no bowls so they had to put tin foil over a taco platter. Then they give you a 1/4 oz of chicken . And if you ask for a little more they tell you that will be additional. Couldn't fold a burrito to save their life. I will be going across the street to Chipotle from now on. Unfortunately I had been frequenting this location at least once or twice a week.
