My cheap ass employer {Mauser Packaging} provided us with a small personal sized pizza and some warm bottled water in appreciation for making us work on Easter. Pizza was about a 3/4 inch piece of almost fully cooked dough with a pinkish cast on top which was meant to fool us into thinking it was sauce and imaginary cheese. If there was any cheese it must come in spray on form.
My pizza was burnt. I was missing two sauces and I paid a dollar each for them. And the breadsticks were hard and unedible.
Online ordering was very easy. My order was delivered hot and exactly to my specifications. The delivery driver was courteous and friendly. A+ service!
My food was hot and ready at the exact time it was ordered, and it was made just like I ordered.
I arrived at 6:00 PM to pick up and order I put in online. I got in line and there were several cars in front of me. By the time I reached the pickup window it was 6:05. Man at the window took my money and checked my order. He said it was in the oven and needed 5 more minutes, could I drive around to parking lot, wait 5 minutes then come back and pick up. I did, had to get back in line again behind several cars. By the time I reached the window it was 6:35. My order was ready, and I received an apology. I had to wait too long.
The delivery guy was super nice, positive, and had the greatest attitude ever. God bless him
Reconnecting with a memory from when I was a teenager in the 1980s.Mom and dad would take us, quite often as I remember, to Pizza Hut and we'd get a large Super Supreme Pan Pizza. Oh so good!I don't think I've had one since we moved here from West Virginia in 1994. It was as good as I remembered, though perhaps a bit undercooked (reason for 4 ⭐s).Thank you Pizza Hut.
I missed the call when the driver was trying to locate my building... I called him back 5 minutes later and he returned with my food right away. The food was also very well made. Thank you!!
The manager didnt want to give a 5 dollar discount for not having the Detroit pizza available for my order its not my fault they didnt order enough or didnt have the ability to make it so i canceled the whole thing .needs to be trained on customer service so i ordered from buffalo wild wings ended up saving me money so thanks for the poor service and this guys is a manager that trains other employees good luck.
My order was suppose to have a Pan Pizza Supreme but it was hand tossed and not Pan. Disappointed.
