What's in there and it was very very cold I like a cold place but it was so cold I felt like I needed some hot chocolate not Coke. Order the toasted ravioli that was so spicy hot it wasn't enjoyable never really had toasted ravioli with hot pepper in it I am a hot pepper fan too just didn't mix. We got our dinners and the marinara sauce and the meat sauce was so strong with rosemary and fennel it was hard to eat. I have a culinary arts degree I worked in the restaurant business for over 40 years and I've never had marinara sauce for meat sauce that was so strong you couldn't eat it will definitely not be going back there.
Their food is exceptionally delicious! My boyfriend and I go there at least once a month. This time I did not take pictures of our food but he had the eggplant parmesan and he could only eat a quarter of it the portion was so large, I had the seafood alfredo and it was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was a little sweetheart, and we were sat right when we walked in the door. We have not had a bad experience here as of yet and I really doubt that we ever will. That's how good the food is and the service! You would not be disappointed in going here.
Always a incredible experience! We had a large party and about 60% had the vodka chicken - which they all raved over!The rest of us had lasagna! Absolutely delish!! The portions were so huge that 99% of us got a Togo container!2 of us had Bloody Mary's & they were spot on!I can't say anything bad about this place!
For how highly rated this place was I expected better. We ordered take-out; some of the food was cold, overall bland, and was not worth the price tag. The “garlic bread” was just a warmed flavorless bun. You could probably make better Italian food in your kitchen for a quarter of the cost and twice the flavor.
Visited for the first time on a crowded Saturday night. We had reservations. Table was ready. Service was excellent. Bloody Mary was good and spicy. Pasta was great. Lamb chops were great. Mahi mahi salad with warm bacon dressing was great. We'll be back!
Oh where to begin!! We ordered Pesto's for Christmas Eve to cater our family dinner. They are closed on Christmas Eve, so we opted for the "preheat" option. Everything was beyond amazing!! The instructions were perfect, everyone loved the food - especially the Vodka Chicken. I could not have pulled off such a successful Christmas Eve if it weren't for Joann's help. She is seriously the catering Goddess!!! She suggested things to help our dinner successful and followed up the same day, even though Pesto's was closed. If you ever want to cater, or just have an amazing meal, please check out Pesto's!
Our first time here and I am soo disappointed ?I ordered the vodka chicken and it came with soup or salad. I chose soup it was The salitest thing I have ate in my life. Told them they said ok.... so my chicken comes out and it also is salty! I tell my waiter. He asks if I want something else . I said just normal spaghetti and meatballs. They must have hurried sauce came out cold. Meatballs tasted like straight sage. They did come out and tell me i was right they tasted it. My husband was also salty. $70.00 for bad bad food .
One of my favorite restaurants in Valpo! Everything I have ever had there is absolutely delicious. First time I was in the restaurant proper I had the pesto tortellini, which was a very generous portion of deliciously filled cheesy pasta with sundried tomatoes and a creamy dreamy pesto sauce! Absolutely phenomenal! Additionally, their breadsticks are some of the best. Ever. So soft and slightly doughy (like I like it!) and with the oil and parmesan it's just mind-blowing. If you haven't, go there as soon as possible! Also, I like the very dim atmosphere that it takes at night. Very pleasant and great for a date!

Loved the stuffed chicken. Garlic breadsticks are very good but did not enjoy the actual garlic bread. Thought it was very oily and not enough garlic. Definitely will be back again though for the beef tenderloin!
