For some reason they redirected my order to door dash instead of an actual driver for papa johns. My 35 minutes turned into over an hour and my pizza was cold because the person didn’t even knock. Just sat the pizza outside. How are you a pizza delivery service, that has drivers…. Yet uses an outside source to bring your food.
Ordered online at 4:30p and got an estimate of 40 minutes. After 2 hours I finally tried to call to cancel the order. After sitting on hold for another 15 minutes, I eventually gave up. Pizza shows up 2.5 hours after order, cold. Unfortunately this is not my first time with this experience for this location.
as usual I love this placebut this time pizza was 30mins late and when I called got a rude employee all I wanted to know was if my pizza had left yet so that is reason for 1 star and also pizza was warm not even hot when received would call again but they probaly don't care
Waited 2 hours for a pizza that never arrived. I called 6 times and they kept saying it was on its way. Going to bed .
Ordered a heart shaped pizza today. It was cold and hard as a rock. I called and the lady said that’s how it’s supposed to be because it’s “thin crust.” I’ve had MANY thin crusts pizzas. Thin crust doesn’t mean you should feel like you’re eating a cardboard box. I could literally use the pizza as a frisbee and none of the ingredients or anything would budge that’s how hard and cold it was.
I placed a order online with the new call center that they have now. Well I went to pick it up at the time they said it would be ready and they didn’t have a order for me. Come to find out it was under a different name and phone number. So they said I would have to reorder my food and wait for it. And also the call center have people answering the phones that you can’t even understand. So I will not be ordering from here anymore.
As expected 2nd visit to this location very pleased clean store and great staff
We ordered papa johns tonight for the first time in a long time, and it was the best papa johns pizza we have had. Both pizzas we received were super fresh and delicious. Our order was ready quickly and service was great!!! The Valpo location is doing awesome!!! Keep it up!
Will never go again, simply due to the customer service. Lost a loyal customer.
This local is clean and staff is always polite.
