Have been here twice in the last month. Food has beencawful.had the new chicken sandwich super expensive and no taste. Very disappointing. Today had half chicken salad sandwich and chicken noodles soup. Bread was so hard threw most if it away. Chicken salad had no flavor and soup wasn't as good as campbells. So expensive and not a good value. Used to love it. Definitely has changed.
Salad looked good but messed it up with way too much dressing. It over powers the salad as well as make it less healthy. One can always add to their liking but can't remove once drowned! Use 2/3erds less please. As I try to finish it I taste NO salad All DRESSING! and more DRESSING... DRESSING salad it is. Now I'll that DRESSING taste in my mouth for the rest if my life! How do you say "have a good day" in DRESSING? Good DRESSING..... Oh I'm sick of DRESSING
I ordered simple. Grilled cheese. And new Thai Chicken Noodle soup. Payed almost 20$. No love no pride put into it. Even the simply way the grilled cheese was cooked. I didn't even know it was possible to make a grilled cheese so bad. It's like they took the dry bread. No butter. No nothing. And threw it in convection over. It tastes like unseasoned croutons with bad cheese in the center. Soup was mediocre. They ask for tips for everything and don't provide any service which cracks me up. Then they don't even tend there dining area well. I don't know if it's just the owner of this one Panera. But holy bad service heck. Terrible. The sweets are good. Lol that's literally it. Price point for service and good. Terrible. They should charge 2$ for that grilled cheese. Seriously. Probably time to get on management and have them take pride in the food not all that bs marketing.
Food wasnt really fresh bread bowl was stale, soup wasnt hot, but warm. Out of the bear claws that i went for. Wasnt bad experience but wasnt good either.
Asiago cheese bagels have gone down hill. Definitely not like they look in the picture or what they used to be. They look like they were plain bagels baked next to the asiago cheese bagels and some of the cheese got on the plain bagels. Also, they are a lot smaller than what they used to be. Maybe other Panera's are still selling asiago bagels as they should be. Staff has always been friendly so it's not an easy decision to go elsewhere.
Not the best experience. There were so many tables all crowded together! The salad I got was very skimpy and not worth $8 +..The staff was great... !
The restaurant was was clean. Parking is bad.I got a Napa chicken salad sandwich, it only had about 2 tablespoons of chicken salad. I was not even enough to cover the bread. Several bits was only lettuce and bread.

I had gotten a Mac and cheese sandwich to go and when I took it to my car I ate it right away. It was freezing cold in the middle. The second I was messaged that it was ready I went to get it. This seems to be a recurring thing with these guys. Not the first time this has happened in recent months.
Not all their fault, but... stood in line to get a souffle. Out. Ok, I'll have a bagel. Out of cream cheese. Ok, butter, which I thought they would spread on it while the bagel was hot. Nope. Rock hard butter that wouldn't even melt on a warm bagel. Iced latte? Out of milk. Ok, almond milk is fine. Just ok today. And most days.
