Staff was very confused on what they was doing drive thru was backed up getting wrong foods inside wasn't much better ,,they need some leadership an someone that knows her JOB!! SHE WAS THE MOST CONFUSED OF ALL,, ya may need to close store an reopen after some MAJOR TRAINING,, And someone that wants a job an can do good,, alot of unhappy customers,,, fires was under cooked sandwich was cold it was a waste ofoney an time to stop in ur McDonald's in south Haven Indiana,,,
Got the new spicy nuggets, they were dry and chewy, like chewing on warm leather.The spicy chicken sandwich was also rubbery and nasty.My son said even Quarter Pounder tasted old.It was like all the food kept taking rides in microwave until someone claimed it.
I went and grabbed breakfast this morning. At first I was impressed, the long line of traffic and the line was speeding through. Everything was going well and smooth until the second window The guy told me my food will be out in a second which I understood and I looked in the window and saw one of the workers who was moving food down the line that kept touching her face every time she moved food down the line. I honestly had to throw away my breakfast. Not sure if I'll return to this location or not.
So disappointed. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers told I had to pull up because my order wasn't ready all so the employee could give my order to the wrong person who took off with my order as well as his own. No apology from the employee that handed me my refund.
This McDonald's always gets something wrong. I actually got my food this time but I didn't see my sauce for my nuggets in the bag. I asked the girl if it's in there because I don't see and she tells me yes. I get home of course it's not there. I have never been to the McDonald's and got fries that were hot either. This will be the last time I go there.
This place is the worst for breakfast on weekends!! and it is NOT because they are short-handed. I counted about 10 people behind the counter milling around looking lost. Long line in drive-through, inside is worse..you are invisible when you walk in there! Horrible management!!
Everyone’s very professional always smiling and greet you like your family restaurant is always very clean food is always nice and hot and fresh definitely will recommend this location to all family and friends and coworkers keep up the good job ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Quick service and the food was fresh and hot. Restaurant was very clean and my grandkids really enjoyed the kid's activity area.
I pulled into the drive through at 10:23am. The breakfast menu was up. I tired to order breakfast and was told you were only serving lunch. If you’re website says you serve breakfast until 10:30, you should serve breakfast until 10:30. Also, when you switch to lunch, you should also change your menu.
Manager working 730pm on 1/3/22 very very rude and doesn't know customer service, her own employee apologized for her rude behavior.
