What's the point of offering customization of your mobile order if you're not gonna honor it? Not only did my small order take long but also, I bit into a bone in my beef patty which I spat out immediately. Almost chipped my tooth!
Fast service, friendly staff, and the food was hot and fresh and accurately made. No complaints.
Their dining room was closed However they were polite enough to open the dining room and let me in to order my food to go because I was in bob tail tractor semi truck.
Went through drive-through this morning. Only ordered Big Breakfast with Hotcakes. I paid, next window they asked for me to pull forward saying they were waiting on hash browns. Okay I get that. Received the bag, drove to work to eat. Open bag, no syrup. I called business and spoke to manager. Explained the situation and just suggested that she makes sure her staff checks the orders. Manager proceeded to say that they did not have an order go out this morning with just a big breakfast w/hotcakes. I said, well I was just there 10 minutes earlier and thats what I ordered. She then asked if I was "sure" that was the only thing I ordered saying she was the one bagging the orders and she didn;t have an order go out with just a big breakfast w/hotcakes. I asked, "what do you mean am I sure, I know what I ordered". She again asked with "pancakes". I replied" Yea I'm sitting here looking at them with no syrup. her reply was, "okay I will check on that". So I asked, check on what? She says she was going to check on the orders that went out. I was stunned at her reply. I tell her, "I know what I ordered, at least say you are sorry that happened". She replied, "I'm sorry... bye". What a joke. I didn't raise my voice, I didn't ask for anything free, all I say was she might want to speak to her staff. To argue what I ordered is a joke. I get things happen, but to argue what I just ordered. Come on! I won't be going back there.

Drive thru was backed up pretty far but it did move quickly . The gentleman that took my order was nice and friendly. The lady who handed me order literally threw the bag in my car . The food was fresh but I was shorted 2 nuggets and was only given one BBQ for what should have been a 10 piece.
They didn't want to serve a walk up at night I understand that there's safety protocols but come on I drive a semi you really think I can drive my 18 wheeler on your lot. So much respect for your essential workers stab them right in the back with a smile on your face. People got to eat and employees just want to be lazy and tell people what they can't do instead of doing what they can do.
Poor service in drive thru I ordered one sandwich and had to wait for it. I could understand if there was a long line in the drive thru but there was not
Website says “Closes at 11 pm.” I pull up at 10:29 because I’m working nightly just a couple blocks away. Wasn’t even greeted nicely. Just “We are literally closing in like 1 minute.” Website says you close at 11:00. “ No we close at 10:30. “
Ordered bacon cheeseburgers and I got what I was going and all I had was cheeseburgers no bacon very disappointed
