Dine in was closed so me and 2 of my clients had to go to drive thru. We had 3 separate orders, very tiny orders. We were told we could only do 2 at the drive thru. I said there are 3 in the car. We all had to have separate receipts. My clients are intellectually disabled from Opportunity Enterprises and they require separate receipts to reconcile their cash properly. The cashier told us to wait while the line started growing. We could have had all 3 orders done by the time he checked with his manager and came back to us. He said his manager would not allow a 3rd order bc it was drive thru. I said we tried to come in. They were much happier losing the business than to complete the orders bc of their policy and IT WASNT EVEN OUR CHOICE to go drive thru. We had no choice but to leave.
This location has to be one of the worst I've visited. I don't think I've ever ordered from there and gotten a correct order. The managers don't care about the customers at all. I got tired of calling to complain because all they tell you is they'll fix only what they got wrong. What about the gas? The time? Interrupting your day a second time for the same order?I'd rather just not deal with them and lose the money. If not for my kids, I would never ever go this placeThey also rush everything to make sure they can get off work on time. So don't expect access to their full menu 30 minutes prior to them closing. The list goes on and on.
It's fast food sometimes your order might be wrong but most the time it's right. Give credit to the workers who make your food.
It's McDonald's. The food quality is the same as always. But prices increased? I remember when they used to do customer appreciation days, that wasn't too long ago, we need more business's doing throwback prices or customer appreciation days again.
Young lady who took our order was excellent. Had a group of 30 kids and everything was rung up very well. The kitchen staff did a superb job got the food out hot, efficient, and with out errors.
Service going downhill. Got lukewarm hot chocolate. Called to report coffee salty. Did not receive ok to get fresh coffee next visit.
Lobby is never open. Can’t take a large truck through the drive thru… I take my business to Burger King down the street. They have plenty of parking for a large truck, lobby is open and the staff is very polite and friendly!!
WHEN SOMEONE ORDERS NUGGETS, GIVE THEM SAUCE! It's a no-brainer but for the love of God, I have to explain to my kids why employees don't give them sauce all the time, especially when I always ask for extra so that it pops up on their screen. SAUCE SAUCE SAUCE!
Litterally the worst McDonald's you can go to... takes 10+ minutes to get your order every single time you go through the drive through. Half the time they're out of everything or something isn't working. It's terrible.12/2/21Still the worst McDonald's ever. McPullaroundthefront. I have never gotten my food through the window.... seriously the worst.1-23-22Still the worst..... 9 minutes I have waited for 3 hasbrowns and 4 breakfast sandwiches. I have yet to ever get my food through the window. I think I am either being targeted at this point, or something crazy is going on. I seriously don't understand how anyone gets good service here. I would love to speak to the GM. Please.
