This is the McDonald's on calumet and I was door dashing, the girl at the window was extremely rude, got argumentative with me, and told me how to do my job. I usually refuse orders from this McDonald's because they are slow and the service is below standards most of the time, but the order was paying good. Lesson learned just go to the McDonald's on Laporte Ave.
They never open on time. It’s rare that they do. I come here for breakfast around 4:30 in morning and they are maybe open 3 times a week if lucky. Supposed to open at 4am. Usually someone will come over speaker and say they have to wait for their system and they won’t open for another hour. Today they just had a bunch of cars lined up and didn’t tell us anything while they were all sitting inside watching us.

I think this is the worst mcdonalds in this town. They never ever have frappes because the employees don't want to make them. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and got a soggy piece of chicken on a bun. Not fresh at all. I will drive to the mcdonalds on route 2 from now on. This store is the absolute worst. Don't advertise items when you can't and will not make them for customers.

why do I always end up with crap food. ordered 2 blueberry and cream pies. got home, opened up and no date or time stamp on them and the were all dried up like they been sitting there for days. I so sick of crappy service and crappy food. took pictures this time to prove it
I went through there drive thru around midnight on Friday, February 5, 2022. The costumer service was good it did take them a while to take our order though. I got home and was eating my mcnuggets when i took a bite and something was stuck in my mouth. i took it out and realized it was a feather. i just wanted to tell everyone look out for feathers in your nuggets
Slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. They never have coffee brewed at 830am, seriously? Coffee should be a non going item especially at 9am. It's up to a 15 minute wait at least in drive thru and coffee is never ready. Ever
I can’t believe they are offering these people the hourly rate and sign on bonuses that they are when these people can’t ever get an order correct.Update four months later: this place is absolute garbage. First of all open the lobby already. There drive through line is so slow it’s at least fifteen to forty minus to get through the drive through. They don’t pull anyone ahead to keep the line moving and if your delivering for door dash just forget about it. Apparently from the owner on down no one in this establishment cares. Unfortunately we have to give at least one star review otherwise it would be negative stars.
