Terrible experience. Asked for a pizza with Parmesan crust. I watched the little girl making the Parmesan crust drag her ponytails across the pizza four times then try and give it to me. Naturally I asked for a different pizza. That was met with a nasty attitude. I was then told they just used the last of the Parmesan in the shaker and best they could do is send me on my way with packets because their closing soon. The manager and her shared a good light before he came over and explained that while it was 8:30, they close at ten and he would refill the shaker. They won’t get any more of my money.

The last 2 times I've been to Little Ceasars in Valpo the bottom of the crust has been so thin and uncooked it was wet absolutely horrible! The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is the lady at the register was very polite and friendly.

The dough was absolutely disgusting. The pizza fell apart and it was overloaded and soggy

I love the breadsticks and get coupons often via email. I wish quality and size was more consistent. One time they will be fire and full of parmesan. Others will be dry and dull. Order via the app, even if you are getting a cheap pizza, so it's made fresh!

As with many things these days, staffing issues prevent 'Hot and Ready' being available. Waited 10 minutes or so for pizzas to be prepared. Still quicker than most other pizza options if you don't have time to pre-order.

I went in for just crazy bread. The first thing that happens when I walk through the door was an eyeroll from the cashier. I obviously ignored it because I work Retail and I've been in the restaurant business for 10 years so I know how it can be. Well there were three doordashers waiting for their order and before even being greeted, acknowledged or anything she took care of their orders first went to the back and talked to the cooks and then came out and this is the first time she even said a word to me. So I attempted to place my order for the crazy bread but all I got was "It'll be a minute" and she walks away and didn't even ring up my order she just told me it'll be a minute and walked away so I walked away and left.

The people who answer the phone are "VERY RUDE" I was in a part of town that had bad service so the lady answers, and says something BUT I didn't hear that good SO I say what was that IM SORRY I didn't hear you.... and in a slow motion voice she said HOW..... CAN..... I..... HELP...... YOU in a very rude voice, just because she hates her job she shouldn't take it out on others who make the company money, your job is customer service, and I "WISH" I knew her name so I can blast her on all platforms, this was very uncalled for, and im 1,000% sure this has happen before!!!!

I would like to take the time to thank Tricia for being such a wonderful human being (I think she is the manager there). I was waiting patiently for my order and she appreciated my patience. Patience is a virtue and at times like this, people tend to forget to be human to another.

Pizza was good and staff were very friendly.

It's decent cheap pizza. Great for kids sleepovers, movie nights, I literally cannot make one more decision today but have to pick up dinner, 1/2 lunch breaks when you just want pizza... Lots of positives. It's not for pizza snobs. You can order ahead and get what you want for the most part. Then you scan your phone and a little heated drawer pops open with your prize, kind of cool. It's completely no contact for all of you antisocial folks who would rather starve than talk with another human.
