First the positives...The newly renovations are beautiful and the restaurant was clean and decorated cute for the holidays. The things that need work, the staff wasn't very friendly which in all honesty could just be a bad day. There wasn't much order and the staff didn't seem to really know what was going on with orders, Who they belonged to and overall what was going on. The restaurant lobby was literally 53 degrees and even though we were only waiting on some sides to go, we waited about 20 minutes in pure misery. It was uncomfortably cold. I could not imagine eating inside. The food was good, but the staff needs a bit of work.
KFC had a cute little Easter Egg Hunt for the children in the community. Kids had a blast. Food was greatvas well. Thank You
I waited 30 minutes for chicken because they were out of extra crispy. I was willing to wait. They did not disappoint. The chicken was hot and fresh just as I ordered.I have done a taste test between kfc and popeyes. Popeyes is good but I'm still a great fan of kfc.
I visited this location on 2 separate occasions. Visit #1, There was a sign posted on their menu chart stating that, the entire restaurant will be closed at 7pm. I was actually there 30 minutes prior of their closing. I waited for someone to at least take my order, which they didn’t do. So, I decided to drive up to the drive-thru window to see if someone could just take my order from there, or at least tell me that they were actually closed for the night. I saw 2 women working in the back and just decided to leave.Visit #2, Arrived at the same location, placed my order, I wanted to add and also modify my order as well and the woman who took my order literally became upset with me for modifying my order due to a food allergy that I couldn’t have which originally came with that particular actual order.I have never experienced this type of incompetence from anyone at any KFC’s Restaurant before, besides this location. And yes, most definitely will be my last and final visit at this location!
Dining room has been closed for awhile. Order in drive thru, wait 30 minutes in line just to get to the window to pay for them to tell us they don't have any of the chicken we wanted. Not that they were out, they just didn't make it today and it would be a 30 minute wait for it. A chicken restuarant which lacks cooked chicken. Left with no food.
Can't review the food because they failed to get me my order. I showed up at the drive through after putting in and paying for my order online. Nobody came to the window for about 15 or 20 minutes. I tried knocking on the doors and stuff, too. An employee cleaning the parking lot noticed me, came over and told me that they were closing (at that time, it was still 20 minutes before they officially closed) and had thrown out any orders that weren't picked up yet. Then someone else, maybe a manager, told me that they never got my order in the first place. I guess it was moot who was telling the truth since I lose either way. Anyway, I showed her my phone, which had my order confirmation, and she basically gave me a "what can I say?" expression, signaling I should leave, then suggested I go to KFC.com if I wanted a refund. Very frustrating experience. And when I shared it with friends, they each told me that they had similar experiences. Doesn't make me want to try again.
Wanted to try the Beyond Chicken but their dining room is closed. Not going to eat in my car so I went to Serano's instead.
Love That Chicken From Popeyes
Although staffing has been shorted, the order came out way quicker than I expected
Remodeled interior very very clean. KFC is always great for me personally. This KFC lives up to high standards. Awesome employees and fresh tasting food. Very happy we have a KFC in Valparaiso Indiana.
