Wow just ordered a Cuban sandwich for my husbands lunch figured why not get a nice refreshing tasty sandwich for him that works 12 to 14 hr shifts poor excuse for a sandwich might as well just wrapped up the bread and gave him that instead 3 pieces of meat and cheese for a almost $8 dollars gotta do better jimmy johns gotta do better ? ??
Food is good when it's right, but workers often forget small things like mayo that can make sandwiches inedible, and management when notified that it's happened very often just shrug and don't care or seem to try to correct behavior.

Delivery driver about 16 ran into me in the parking lot that is too small and I'm not going to be able to eat this week now. All his co workers want to say it my fault. Learn to value your customers. Sandwich was not worth food for a whole week.
This Jimmy John's is always well staffed and very fast. It is always clean and really organized. My wife LOVES the #9 and #16, the turkey & bacon is awesome also. The staff is always super friendly and easygoing with odd requests like no mayo or no onion. I dont remember ever getting an order that was made incorrectly.They always say hi when I come in and and "have a great day & thank you for coming in" when I leave. The bread has always been fresh, the ingredients of the sandwiches is always generous. This Jimmy's is close to our house so we are there frequently and the service, staff's professionalism, attitude and sandwiches are always consistent. It is nice to know that you can run in, be treated respectfully, get a great sandwich at a great price and run out in like, 3 minutes. "Subs so fast you'll freak" is not an exaggeration.
Workers are rude and doesn’t compare to Jimmy John’s on Cumberland Crossing. Never coming again.
