Ordered 3 large pizzas online 3 hours before I needed to pick them up. Got the confirmation email. Showed up at exactly the pickup time that I requested, and was told that they were just packing them up, and they would bring them out to my car. 10 minutes later, 3 people arrived after me and left before me with their pizza, and I was still sitting in my car waiting. Went back inside and asked what was taking so long. The counter guy didn't recognize me from 10 minutes ago and wanted to know what I was talking about. Then he said they were cutting my pizzas. I waited 10 more minutes (with 2 more people coming and going in that time), before my pizzas were given to me. They obviously forgot to cook my pizzas. Which, okay, fine, no one is perfect and mistakes happen. However, I had a house of people waiting for dinner, and a simple "Hey we forgot to cook your pizzas, it'll be a few extra minutes" would have been appreciated. Instead, I waited over 20 minutes past my pickup time with not even an apology in response. They weren't short staffed either. I counted 7 people moving around in the back, not one person took any responsibility or apologized for the wait. Considering that 3 large pizzas (each with 2 toppings) was almost $80, you'd think they could manage to get their orders out in a timely manner, or at least HIRE people with manners. We love JJs, but I'll be taking my business to a different location, even if it's out of the way.

Need to add tipping to online order app! Called and said disregard the leave at door comment after I submitted my payment thinking there was a tip spot on the app. The delivery guy must have not got the message from the guy who I talked to at jjs.. he left too fast for me to catch him. I was going to add the tip to the receipt.. delivery guy did a great job, wish the phone call receptionist would have relayed the message.
Great Pizza. Nice dining and friendly staff. Lot's of other good items for the money as well. Great place.
It had been a while and we like pizza, I was close to the Valpo location so I called and took it home. Was not disappointed.
