HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have not encountered such a rude, nasty and non-empathetic customer service employee in a long, long time! I would give zero stars if I could!I was traveling with my family and made an online order as we were driving home in hopes to pick up in time as we arrived in town since we had been gone all weekend. Come to find out, my order had been sent to the Valparaiso store and I hadn’t noticed. When I realized this, I called the Valparaiso store and asked if I could get refunded or credited, so I can make an order at my home store. The woman who answered the phone was unsure, so she gave the phone to another woman. I went on to explain my mistake but my want to order from another store. The new woman said she could donate my order and I said that is fine but I would need a refund since I was unable to get the product. She then went on to say, “Well, we made the pizzas, so you want us to take the loss?!” ( The order was a large pizza, medium pizza and a sub for a total of $27 plus I had given a 15% tip which I regret now) I then asked if they had ever had accidental orders before and she said, Yes, and we donate them.” I said that’s fine but I didn’t get the product, so I am not going to pay and she responded with, “Well, the pizzas are here for you to pick up.” (Her store is 2 hours away from me). I replied that I cannot pick them up and o have a family and cannot afford to pay double for a pizza order and would like to be refunded. I at one point asked to talk to someone above her and she said there was nobody above her. She kept saying over and over, “So you’re wanting us to take the loss? So you’re saying you want us to take the loss? So you’re saying you want us to take the loss?” I finally said, “Wow! You are being so rude!” And she said one more time, “So you’re wanting us to take the loss?!” I said yes and she quickly said fine I’ll take care of it and hung up.I understand that it was my mistake, but many businesses have to take losses due to numerous reasons. There was no need to be this rude to anyone.
2 stars. I have been ordering for 5 years from the Valparaiso location. Never had a complaint about the food or service. Tonight I called and I was told that "You are out of the delivery area. That sometimes they take orders on slow nights and the drivers are OK with it but not on busy nights like a Saturday. You know what i an saying!?" I said "I dont know what you are talking about i have been ordering delivery for 5 years form this place. I have always had it delivered." The kid basically said he didn't care. How sad this is my favorite pizza and now I will have to boycott out of principle.
Dashers Beware, They wont provide the order unless you have an after-market non-doordash bag. Waste of time.(Reply to what they said) - Door-dash doesn’t not send us “Pizza bag dash bags”. You should let door-dash know about your policy with turning dashers away because the dashers bag is not up to “your” standards. Have never had an issue in my 4 years of dashing.

In my opinions, it's just regular, cold, flavorless pizza. Its kind of like a knock off Little Cesar's.
I like their lunch special. I ordered ordered the sandwich and would order again. The down side is that they don't have a place to eat inside or out. Strictly take out.
Jenny just took my carryout order over the phone and she was wonderful, patient, thorough, and pleasant! I know that in lots of service industry people are short staffed and it was just really refreshing. I also really really love the flavored crust!
Darn good Pizza. Beats every other place in this town. The flavored crust is what really drives it home. The stuff crust is amazing to get. The prices are cheaper than Pizza Hut and Dominos. I highly recommend the Herbs and Cheddar flavored Crust.
HH pizza is amazing. The wings were delicious. And the cinnamon breadstick were a nice treat. I want to give a huge shout out to HH tonight (8/25/2021) as they rocked Flint Lake’s community night fundraiser. They did their best to keep up with the huge influx of orders and customers with many obstacles in their way. We appreciate your hard work tonight HH Valpo! We will be back again.
