I ordered the garlic parmesan boneless chicken wings. Received 5 very small, 2 bite wings. Asked for ranch dipping sauce. Was enough for the wings. Also ordered breadsticks with marinara sauce. After the ranch dipping sauce ran out, I dipped the wings in the marinara sauce. They definitely tasted better with the marinara! Perhaps you could offer the marinara instead of the ranch!
I reccomend visiting this location! The team is great, it's very clean, and the food was surprisingly good- considering I haven't been to Fazoli's in years.Went on a late Friday night, probably near closing time. The whole store was empty, and likely all set up for a good close, but the team was kind and thoughtful the whole time we were in regardless. The trashes were practically empty, the floor was spotless, and everything was well stocked.The food arrived quickly, we had plenty of breadsticks, and it was an overall amazing experience. While we enjoyed our meals, there were no problems and I can assure anyone thinking about visiting that the team here would have handled it well if any had arrisen!It was an experience I'd love to have again.
I've come here a lot and I always get a kids spaghetti. Service is amazing, Greyson is awesome!Definitely will be coming back soon
We ordered the lunch specials. I got the ravioli and the fettuccine alfredo. My daughter got the pizza slice and the spicy tomato pasta. My fettuccine alfredo was very runny, especially after cooling off. The cashier was very nice. I tried that new orange vanilla ice cream lemonade thing, it was pretty good. I was really just not happy with the taste of the food it was kind of bland, and taste it and look like microwave food. I do have to say the price was not too bad, but I wasn't looking forward to visiting again. Nice atmosphere and nice people
I was really impressed with the workers, they did a great job, and actually wanted to be here. They went above and beyond for us. It was refreshing to see. The food was really good. No complaints here, we will definitely be back. Take care of those workers!!
The baked ziti was good and super cheesy.
They got my order wrong, even though I was the only one there. They charged me an extra bowl of spaghetti, and never gave me two of my dishes, even though it on my receipt. So I bought the dish again and as I paid I saw on the receipt that they did charge me for the dish they never gave me. I asked for a refund and they refused, so I said just give me two since I paid for two. They ended up only giving me one. I didn't catch the waitresses name but they were very rude. Overall the service was rude and the food was salty. Sorry to say this but I won't be coming back.
We visited Fazoli's on Thursday December 23rd. SHANUN C took great care handling our order and demonstrated excellent customer service skills not only with us but also others in the dining room. We will be returning to Fazoli's in Valparaiso.Jeff T
Pretty nice. A good stop for very reasonable Italian flavors. They have some cheap starters and appetizers.
I want to leave five stars, because I love this place. I eat at this place all the time, but there is a staff member called Sami who pushes so hard for everybody to leave a tip when paying that it’s excruciating. She has a whole speech which includes a guilt trip for not leaving a tip. It’s completely inappropriate, it’s extremely uncomfortable, it’s highly obnoxious and it’s offensive.I see other customers pulling faces as they walk away and their body language change during her speech and I would find it hard to believe that there are not people who have stopped eating here because of this highly uncomfortable rigmarole every time they pay for their food.This is not just for dine in customers it’s anybody who pays with a card she pulls this routine.
