Ordered the new Tomato Pesto Grilled cheese on the Dunkin Donuts app. So I picked up the order and came back to work only to find the grill cheese is not a grilled cheese. It was just plain bread with pesto, tomato and cheese in it. Super disappointed. At first, I thought I will just try it, but honestly it looked so horrible that I couldn't even try taking a bite for the sake of it. Decided to go back I'm my work hours, and the manager looks at the order ticket on the box and says yeah that's what you ordered online thats what we made. I asked her to look again and confirm if this is how a grilled cheese looks like. She sighed and ordered "can you put another one?' She wants the grilled cheese darker." And she gave me the worst look. I was so put off with her attitude that i didn't want my sandwich anymore and just asked for a refund. And of course they don't do refund for orders made through the app online. Pretty shocking! But honestly More than anything It was the super snooty unapologetic attitude of the manager that made me more upset than the meal. I am only giving 2 stars because of the understanding of the other younger girls who cared enough to say that they will make it well this time. Trust me, it wasn't great the second time either, but the girl TRIED to correct it and cared, so I still had my sandwich (Half of it). But I would totally avoid going there next time, and definitely not for a Grilled cheese or some 'Why are you here, And I don't care' attitude. The manager didn't have a name tag, so cannot identify but whoever is on duty at 3pm Fridays.
I ordered in the app and when I arrived they didnt have any of the donuts I ordered. I understand supply issues.The manager then told me he was unable to refund my order since I placed it online. If that's true, they should not do online ordering at all. Playing email tag with the website to try and get a refund.Henze's Bakery is right down the road. Fresher and better. I expected it to be more expensive, but it really wasn't.
No help for inside line. Left the line as we were all standing there for 7 minutes and drove in the drive thru. I got my coffee and the people inside were still standing in line waiting to order. My coffee is made differently every other day. Each day I get a different size for some reason. I always order the same thing. Not the greatest place. Anyone who orders lunch items from Dunkin’ Donuts and is upset should only be upset with themselves. Who orders lunch items from Dunkin’ Donuts? Of course it’s going to be horrible!! Their breakfast is par at best and they are known for breakfast! Also when does it open? Online and on their door it says 5am. However they have rarely been open at 5am.
They messed up my order through Uber eats, I called and got an incredibly rude person on the phone. I was told I would have to drive there to pick up the correct order which defeated the entire purpose of paying through Uber Eats. After being yelled at, I will not be giving this particular Dunkin any of my business. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for.My order was extremely simple. They can’t even make a wake up wrap correctly.
This Dunkin is my favorite location! I come almost every day and they always are super friendly. My coffee is consistent with how I like it!

About three days ago my lactose intolerant sister got a “frozen” hot chocolate, she had asked the man taking her order to replace it with almond milk instead of whole, he was able to do this no problem. Today when i went through the window to order her the same drink the cashier told us it wasn’t able to be done. Not only that but we asked for a recipient that wasn’t given to us, as well as a pretty negative attitude. I understand being tired but we were very nice and reasonable and just weren’t the customers that deserved the attitude that night.
