Went there last night. Got a bacon cheeseburger. The bacon wasn’t cook all the way. The cheese was a different cheese I never seen before. The burger wasn’t juicy it was cold and look nasty. I also got onion rings. The onion rings was cold and hard wasn’t good at all. Then lastly I got my Blizzard it was melted. I’m not the type to complain about food & fast food but I was not happy with my food. Just awful the bacon cheeseburger I was more disappointed in. Bacon and burger wasn’t cook all the way. They put different cheese on the burger. I will NOT be coming to this location DQ again!
I really wouldn't visit again. Windows & tables were dirty. Had to clean the two tables myself before we could sit down. One of their refrigeration units was so loud that when ordering I couldn't hear the cashier. That cashier spoke above a whisper & mumbles after I asked him multiple times to speak louder because I am partially deaf. He didn't care & continued to speak in mumbles. Then they didn't give me my whole order and had to go back up there to get my son's whole meal. Not impressed.
Both restrooms (Men & Women) were out of Toilet Paper. No pricing on items on the indoor menu board (except the specials did have prices listed.
Ordered a cookie dough cake decorated in blue and green for my granddaughters 16th birthday. Her cake barely had any cookie dough and the only color on it was lime green! Won't make that mistake again.While I appreciate the response back, how can I recreate a 16th birthday cake?

In the 20yrs of visiting this location. This is by far the saddest blizzard I have ever had. While service was quick. Should of taken the time to appropriately mix the blizzard and give the correct portions. I had to eat over half to find now I’m eating just basic plain ice cream.
Honestly the best dq ive ever been too. Everyone was super nice and everthing was very good.
No dine availability.. was turned away....
Went with a VERY large group and they did a great job getting our orders right as well as getting them to us in a decent amount of time. The only thing is I wish they had a vegetarian option!!!
