Ordered well in advance come to pick it up its not ready. Manager hovers over me of all the other customers. I sit down to wait they make the order get it wrong. And when I say my name five times a clerk snatches the ice cream back and refers to me as a uber eats driver. Neat I wonder why. Also older male manager with only female staff big creep vibes. I obviously wont be back thanos for ruining my birthday.
Walked away from us mid order and started chatting as a line formed and blatantly ignored us and others in line.

We went in around 8:35PM and there was a long line. All the workers had horrible attitudes saying they were busy all day and were obviously unsettled that we came in within the last 30 minutes they were open. All workers were disrespectful when telling customers who walked in after 9PM to leave. My $12.50 tub of ice cream was HALF FULL (refer to google photos). I understand the weather was nice today, you had to work, and it was busy but don’t bother working in customer service if you’re disrespectful when providing that service.

wow. Drama. Lots of talk of dropped cookie dough and roaches. I didn't have that issue. I didn't see any roaches nor was my cookie dough dropped. The place was spotless and smelled soooo good.Good thing my name isn't Johnson or I'd have to do a negative review too. I did get peanutbutter cookie dough ice cream. It was rich and creamy. My entire family loved their ice cream. It kept them quiet for at least 10 minutes while they were enjoying it. FIVE BIG STARS!!! Come for the cookie dough!!!!!
I went in at a busy time but the young lady behind the counter was excellent. And when she made my order (coffee ice cream layered with hot fudge) she did an outstanding job! I'll be back and I really hope the same person makes my order!
Delicious, they have plenty of options on ice cream flavors, the only thing that I didn't like was the waffle cones were soft instead of crunchy as they should be.
awful service literally just wanted some cookie dough ice cream and the server said "can you pick another flavor i dont wanna go all the way to the freezer" and the freezer was literally two feet away :/ also homie put it in a cup when i asked for a cone and didn't even give me a spoon. behavior was consistent through all employees except a few
i saw roaches behind the counter and the manager was screaming at his employees. they dropped my ice cream on the roach infested ground and then put it back in the cone and served it to me and kicked me out when i refused to take it. would not recommend.
