A gent by the name of Chris took the care and effort to craft the best chipotle burrito I've ever had and I've eaten at several locations across the USA. 5 star burrito and experience. Additionally, it felt like Chris was single-handedly holding down the line in terms of attentiveness to the customer and getting orders going. Give this person a raise.

Only giving 4 stars.Usually the food is good.But when it's bad. It's BAD.hope they start figuring out how to keep fresh rice instead of rock solid rice I've been getting recently

Ordered a $9 cheese quesadilla and this is what I got. A sprinkle of cheese on an uncooked tortilla.

Idk if the staff is new but they definitely are not organized. They are slow, can't keep the orders organized and are working on top of eachother with no communication. They gave someone else our meal and then messed up our new order...twice. The guacamole is just smashed avocado. Guy can't wrap a burrito or fill a condiment container without spilling all over. No changing tables in the bathrooms, tables are dirty, trash can outside over filling. I have ordered online before and it always says it will be ready in 15 minutes, it never is. Normally takes atleast 45 minutes and half the time they get it wrong. If you call to complain, the manager tells you to get a refund through the website. Refund never comes. I remember when they first opened, it only took 15 minutes waiting in a line out the door. Now the same line would probably be 45 minutes.

Younger girl with black hair complained when we came in the door, loudly. She was on the evening shift on Friday 5/13.She was annoyed when she had to grab more PICO, like it was my fault they were out.When people walked in behind us she again complained loudly to her coworker.It was more than an hour before close and she made everyone feel very unwelcome.There was also obvious tension between the female coworkers that was very uncomfortable.

Would highly recommend you to go to another Chipotle location. I arrived upon opening and for a few minutes all the workers just stared at me. The store was not yet ready for opening so I tried to remain patient as they finished up. No hello, just stares.While the employee made my items, another employee came without gloves and started filling a bowl full of steak. I started to look around the restaurant and noticed how unsanitary everything looked.I did read others reviews before checking it out for myself and hoped I’d have a better experience but I did not and will not return to this location.

Music was so loud none of the employees could hear me. Yes, I was wearing a mask but had to take it off and they still couldn't hear me and gave me a hard time. Food was so cold pretty sure the chicken had bacteria on it that made me sick later. The whole counter food line was disgusting. My package was covered with food on the outside. Plus the first guy kept hitting the tortillas against his belly. I should of left when I saw that.

Just got my order and super upset. Very hangry. I hot a bowl and there was barely any rice, hardly any meat amd didnt get my tortillas. Very disappointed and wont be eating there anymore. Good job. Not that it maters i guess but you just lost a customer.

Everybody was amazing except the old man at the register. Had his gloves on touching his chin mask. Leave the chin mask off, what's the point? Why touch your face then touch my bowl? Ate that s*** anyway it was amazing

Horrible service. Tried to scrape the edges of the old rice into the bowl I was making to give me enough rice to fill the bowl instead of getting a fresh bowl of rice. Then stared at me as if he was taking me down
