Super friendly and helpful service! Large portions of good food. A smoothie was forgotten on my order(it happens) and we called back once we opened our food and they asked if I wanted credit or another smoothie immediately and apologized several times.
Food we got was great. Unfortunately the language barrier caused a few items to come out wrong. The staff wasnt exactly pleased when we called to tell them our order wasnt correct. But eventually offered a future replacement as they should have. Still overall good food and fast, with some unique flavors for already favorite items! They have best egg rolls around, but dont offer and charge extra for red sauce, the price sounds little hi for sauce but once u see how big it is, its understandable the cost.
China house is by far the best Chinese food around ! The service is top notch food is always fresh and hot ! The egg rolls are the best I ever had for sure ! I do miss eating inside and hope they open it soon. The Mongolian chicken is one of my favorites. The rice is always delicious too! If your in Valparaiso this is the spot to try ! Will return for sure
Ordered dinner at 645. Was told 45-65 minutes. It’s been 90 minutes and still no sign of them. I called after an hour and 15 minutes and was told they had a dinner rush and the order JUST went out and should be here any minute (20 minutes ago now). Would have been nice if they at least called and said they had a rush and it would be delayed. I would have picked it up in that case.
I tried the mongolian chicken it was literally so amazing & delicious ..I love onions and they were cooked to perfection also the chicken was tender and juicy & the sauce was a tad spicy a tad sweet & a tad savory..my first time trying it 10/10 recommend
My order was wrong, when i picked it up. When I called to tell them, i got the most confrontational person I've ever talked to about an order. I was told "well come back and get it" I tried to explain that I couldn't at the time, but wanted the rice to go with my dinner. She agreed to deliver what wasmissing. By the time i got the missing food everything else was cold. 67 minutes to get the food I had originally ordered and still was pretty much told ot was my fault. $80 again not a chance. I'll find another Chinese restaurant.
I have never been let down by this wonderful restaurant whether its delivery pickup or dine in. Great food great people. Fast friendly delivery Hot delicious and plenty enough to share.
The customer service was very rude. There was an issue with my order and when I called to see if there was a way to correct it I was talked to like I was in the wrong even though they gave me the incorrect item. Didn’t even get to eat any of the meal because it was wrong and what I was given I have a food allergy to, so my money was wasted by going there and not being offered an apology let alone the correct item. Won’t be back even if the food would be worth the rude service.
Wow, excellent Chinese food! This far surpasses other Chinese restaurants in the area. We called for take out. They do not have dine in during Covid. It's a shame because while small the seating area looked great. My wife ordered the large Kung Pao chicken. I ordered the large orange chicken. Our daughter ordered the lunch special sweet and sour chicken and a small wonton soup. The lunch specials include an egg roll. We all said the food tasted great. The portions are huge! We will all get another meal each out of this. The takeout packaging was also excellent. The prices for what you get is also great. We all three said that we will definitely be coming back! Bravo China House!
I love China House. Their food is very delicious. And always fresh. The staff is very polite and friendly towards customers. I especially love the egg foo young and the low mein. You folks definitely need to give China House a try. I will definitely be ordering from here again when I have a craving for Chinese food.
