We recently visited this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon. When we arrived, there were two other customers waiting to be seated and no staff at the check in area. After a few minutes, a staff came up and said she had to clean some tables first. As we looked around, we saw most of the tables were vacant but still had dishes and etc. on them. The staff cleaned off the tables and we were seated. Our table still had dried food and crumbs on it along with those items on our chairs. The floor below our table had food, napkins, a spoon and other items. So it say it was clean is being generous. We waited over ten minutes for our server to arrive. She did not greet us just asked what we wanted to drink. She smelled of cigarette smoke and never smiled during our whole visit. She brought our drinks to the table and took our order for our food. That is the last time we saw her. The kitchen staff brought out our food and we asked them for refills. They stated they would tell our server. She never returned to the table to bring refills, to check how our food was and to see if we wanted anything else. We finally were able to get refills after we asked another server for them. When we were done, we waited at least another ten minutes for our check. The server did not bring it over. We finally decided to stand up. She brought the check over immediately then. We paid our check and left. The next day I contacted the restaurant to talk to the manager and had to leave a message. He never returned my call. I then reached out to the corporate web page and completed their contact us. After ten days, I still have not heard from them. I absolutely will not go back to this Chili’s and would recommend no one go there. It is fifthly and has horrible customer service.

If I could give this restaurant no stars I would. Women's bathroom was filthy like a truck stop. The server was not knowledgeable about steak temperatures. I asked for 2 medium well steaks they came out well and he told me he’d have the cook out them back on the grill to fix them. My spouse had to let him know I can’t go from well done to medium. He did not drop off items accordingly and often brought wrong items to the wrong people. Our food wasn’t dropped off on time as some of us got our appetizers with our meals. He said I’m not supposed to be dropping off the food anyway we are supposed to have a runner. This was thee worst experience I’ve had and we have been too many Chili’s over the years. Not one time did the manager even come to the table!
Was there on 4/19 with my son and daughter . Because of the boil advisory they only had sprite , coke and water which was fine . But we received no refills . Our waitress did not come and check on us after we received our food . My daughters chicken was good ver cooked she was not able to eat it. My son got the steak fajitas very small amount of meat for 17.50 and the meat was still very pink on some pieces . Between the poor services we had and the quality of food we will not be going back. We did not even eat the majority of the food our server never came back to check on us we paid the bill through the tablet on the table .
Good food, good price, GREAT service. Our server Gabrielle was earning her tip from the moment we sat down. From her positive attitude, to her attention to detail. The service made our experience complete.
Went there to eat tonight and knew it was going to be a little busy because it was around 6:30pm on a Saturday. We were nicely greater by the hostess when taken to our table. Our Waitress Teresa was a Rockstar! She took care of us and told us in the beginning that our food will be a little wait because they were extremely short staffed. We told her we appreciated that she let us know and that we were fine with that cause then we could enjoy the appetizers. Was an awesome experience which was totally do to the fact that Teresa was AWESOME! Shout out to you and hope you all go there and get to experience her awesomeness. Thank you again for a great visit. Oh and the food was incredible!
This place is awesome. We sat in the lounge area. Our server was so sweet and polite. She was very knowledgeable about the dishes we asked about. The food was so good. The fresh, warm chips were some of the best I've had. The portions are well worth the prices. All-around great place!!!
I took my daughter there for an evening together and luckily my daughter's food was good but I ordered the brisket burger and told the waitress WELL WELL DONE. I told her absolutely no pink...... It came out very pink. She sends it back. Came back still pink. She said she put order in correct. I had my daughter eat hers while hers was still hot. By the time I got mine back pink AGAIN I was ready to go. I wasn't waiting to get a burger that I ordered again. Our visit was literally 2 hours of our mother daughter evening wasted. Yes 2 hours waiting for the order I never got cooked right. And to top it off I seen people in the kitchen just eating away with their fingers and I thought men with big beards had to wear a net. NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Maybe other chili's but not this one.
I was with a group of 13 for a Xmas party. They food was ok. I had the salmon. Our waiter was amazing his name was Scott.. The thing that bothered me was that we left a $40 tipand all but $9 was stolen. The only reason I know is because I had to run back in for something and asked our waiter if he got the tip, it always makes me nervous that someone will take it before the waiter, and he mentioned the $9 and I said NO!!! So I talked to the manager and got it straightened out, I hope...
Service is usually ok. Food quality has changed over the past 3 years. We usually do bottomless soup and salad. Soups are more watered down than ever. They will say it's because they just made it or they are almost out. That's an ok excuse once in awhile but over the past 2 years it's ALWAYS been the explanation.
