This particular Burger King was disappointing. We asked about the Impossible Burger and the server described it as "made from sesame seeds, oil, and alot of gross stuff". I was surprised by her description as both me and my husband have had it in the past at other locations and it is one of the best burgers on the menu, but nonetheless we ordered one and it was received with black edges. Husband ordered the Chaking sandwich which he said was over cooked and didn't taste that good. He loves the Laporte Burger King!
Everytime I go here the food is gross. Just went there got a whopper that had a half blade of lettuce 1 pickle and a small tomato on it with like literally a drop of sauce
2/12/22 I Had to go through the drive thru 4x to get my simple order of a hash brown and two breakfast sandwiches correct, and on the last return trip I watched the “manager” make my sandwich without gloves on or even wash her hands. It’s really disgusting and unacceptable to be given an attitude when I just wanted what I ordered.
No matter where you go everyone is hurting for staff. Yes the wait was a bit long, yes maybe I almost got the wrong order. The person at the drive through, I want to say his name was Keenan I can't remember, he made sure he got it right. But he also had to bring out my daughters cheeseburger to the car. He fixed everything right away with no hesitation. And if music helps you get some relief with all that you have to deal with from not having enough staff and don't a lot more than you normally have to, please carry on. It may be frowned upon from others but customer service is very hard to deal with these days.
The absolute worse Whopper I ever had. I don't know why I keep giving them another chance. The food is always cold. This latest Whopper didn't have hardly any fixings on it. Pathetic. I'm done.
Worst BK in the area and possibly the entire planet. Served me a whopper that was literally cardboard, and cold fries. And they weren't even busy so they just hold food way beyond its expiration and serve it. Never again.
The wait is getting shorter and shorter....the menu they said that will improve the line quickness is working
730p on 12-5-21, dark out, menu boards not lit, main sign not lit. When I called and asked to have it turned on the male who answered the phone said, "this isn't my store so I don't know how to turn them on". You'd think all stores were pretty much the same place. Shady store. In line drive through over 30 minutes. Poor service. Owner needs to be more attentive and train better. Be glad when McDonald's nearby reopens. This Burger King is shameful.
Faster then most ive ever seen. You guys have amazing service. Lightning speed. And good quality. The shops and stores of portage definately are the best I ever seen. Glad to be a resident.
There was a line at the drive thru lots of cars, seriously. It moved so fast I was pleasantly surprised. My food was made the way I ordered it and very good. Thanks everyone for making my visit amazing.
