The customer service was horrible. Doors were unlocked so we went in to eat and they kicked us out saying their lobby was closed. Went in the drive thru and the employee repeatedly rung us up for the wrong item when we were very clear. Got to the window and saw them serving someone inside, then the man in the window tried to keep my $10 change and tried saying he already gave it to me. Worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant and due to that employee I will not be returning.
Waited in the drive thru lane for over thirty minutes. Waited 5 minutes to even place my order at the screen. Thirty minutes for fast food?? It’s not even peak dinner time at 7:00 pm. This is ridiculous. Will not be back, and I don’t recommend coming here unless you have unlimited time.
Horrible service. I understand the issues with Covid, short of help and an occasional outage but when I order food and the bun is horribly dry got fries instead of onion rings. Had to stretch out to reach out to give the guy my card and when finishing transaction had to reach to get it back. I was really??? No thank you nothing. Just need basic common sense and courtesy. Really need to step it up.
Food was good. But the drive thru just doesn't move. It's AAAalWays backed up and super slow. Always short staffed and no thank you's. If it is always short staffed, burger king has to pay its employees better. Each car waits almost 15 minutes on the window and I am not exaggerating. So you can figure out your wait time. It is really ridiculous.
I don’t know how hard it is to put TWO BURGERS in a bag when you order two burgers, but these stoonads get it wrong EVERY TIME Every time I’m dumb enough to think “meh, maybe I’ll get a BK, maybe they’re better at putting burgers in bags now” I end up hungry and irritated. You guys need to learn counting.
Horrible I waited for ever this is supposed to be fast food I sat there for like 3 min he finally said, “ give us one moment” and then I waited for another 9 min and then there were 2 cars infringe of us and we waited for another 11 min but the food was good
I ate here on 3/23/22and I’ve been throwing up all night. I get the impossible whooper cause I’ve been a vegetarian for almost 5 yrs now and have ate at different locations but today the food didn’t taste right and I’ve been sick all night.
Absolutely horrible. 15 mins in the drive through. Need to do something with this one. Change the entire staff
My experience at the Burger King located on Calumet Ave. located in Valparaiso In. was nothing less than pathetic. I cannot believe they are passing that stuff off as an acceptable meal. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I decided to visit simply to grab a couple of burgers and fries. I decided to pull off into the lot to eat. What I found was several cold burgers smothered by ketchup and covered I guess by what was to be construed as a bun. It was also cold and rather stale/hard to say the least. At least the fries were cooked and warm, hence an extra star. BURGER KING, I THINK NOT!
Absolutely horrible service.Went there a few nights ago and waited for 10 minutes for a person to even acknowledge I was at the drive through, I had to call their lobby to get someone to come to the microphone to take my order. Then tonight, went again, and the same gentleman was working the drive through and I told him I needed a moment to find out what my girlfriend wanted to order, then we said "hello? " for five minutes and he responded with "0sorry I didn't hear you for the last 5 minutes" then proceeded to get very rude and aggressive with me.I will be contacting corporate, this man doesn't deserve a job at a fast food place if he's going to act a fool.
