This Bdubs is great, honestly better than any of the other ones i've been to. I'm mainly leaving this review in hopes that someone there might see this and give a call to corporate and tell them to fix their website. It's one thing to have to double check the delivery time is ASAP its another thing when it changes the delivery time to two hours out AFTER I hit pay and this has happened to me multiple times now. If they had their own delivery drivers this wouldn't be as much of an issue just a quick phone call fix but because they deliver orders from their website using door dash that means no one is showing up until 2 hours later no matter what so your only option is to wait or cancel and try ordering again. hopefully a big chain like bdubs can manage making a functioning website.

Mac & CheeseThe Mac and cheese is not as good as it used to be. It's not as creamy and it just tastes blah. It's not horrible, but I don't really recommend. Please make the old Mac n Cheese.
Ordered wings, dining in, brought out the wrong flavor. Sent them back and and was brought out another wrong order. I decided to just keep the 2nd order just to avoid things getting ridiculous. It's too bad really, seems like this is what restaurant service is turning into everywhere.
Bigger than it looks from outside. Service was excellent, food was as expected. Expected decor. Clean. Parking; had to walk a block. Solid 5
I love coming here ! This place is amazing !! The servers are all very friendly !! Had the best service with a waitress named Percilla !! She was amazing ! Best service ever !!! She’s always so friendly and very good at her job !! Outstanding job !!!

Great service wings were good beer was cold. Waitress was wonderful.
They've stopped serving their wings swimming in sauce. Definitely an improvement in my opinion.
