This place is not friendly!I've been there twice in a month and the wait staff don't smile, when you ask a question they treat you like you're bothering them.I know the service industry is strained but that is no reason to act so miserable, something needs to change!
Great food and endless cappuccino. So good. So full. I took leftovers home.
We went there at 6:30pm Saturday. Very few customers. Waited 15 minutes after being seated, no one came to take our order. Went up to the counter to ask what was the problem, no one came to see what we wanted. There were 4 employees that walked by us. We left. Scratch that one off the list.
Had it delivered and the Honey Chicken dinner was spicy as hell. Tried calling to complain nobody answered.
We ordered $67.64 for dinner.An $8.17 tip was included.The restaurant failed to place the potato soup in the order. This was someone’s dinner. Called store. Store manager said it was not his problem. He would refund soup. He refused to deliver soup or let me come get it. He hung up on me.
We went around 9am and they weren't super busy and we had 4 people in our party. They sat us at a huge table for like 10+ people right beside a huge group. There were a few other guests scattered around but we were right on top of this table. We all ordered sausage gravy and they brought brown gravy which we weren't expecting. We asked nicely to get white gravy, the waitress was not happy. We apologized for wanting white gravy but I have never been served brown unless specified. Overall, it wasn't a horrible experience just unusual.
Service was great, I ordered a grill chicken salad, chicken was grill to much and also not much of it! The salad it self was good! I would go back try something else!
Food was great and building was clean. The service was a little lacking. My waitress never would look me in the eye. Then finished talking while walking away and her back turned?????? This is one of those times why I feel like I must tip.
No! Not this location. This was not the first time with a bad experience. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and it backfired. Long wait for the food when it was dead inside. Chicken dishes were overcooked to a shoe leather consistency. Cold mac and cheese and over fried American fries. Other locations have been great!
The food was delicious and it did not take long for us to get our food. The waitress was very courteous
