I was just here yesterday, and the lady was extremely rude. She made me feel like I was bothering her. She was in deep conversation with the other lady working there. This was in the afternoon. Well I guess she got her revenge, I did not get the fries, and I ordered the 9 piece hot boneless buffalo wings and I only got 7 ☹️ . Hopefully customer service will improve. We like Arby's
My order was right and I didn't have to wait long in the drive thru.

Got Rubin sandwich, husband liked it and classic cheddar beef.
The hours at this location is crazy you never know when they are going to be open. On a positive note the food is always good and fresh . I do however get the wrong order time to time or the wrong fries . I tried the new Diablo chicken and its pretty good . The bun is a little weird but flavor is good stuff !

My husband had craving for Arby’s, but their dining room was closed. My husband refuses to spend his money at an establishment that has their dine in closed. We went somewhere else that has their dine in open.
You are typically going to wait in the drive thru line for about 5 minutes per car in front of you and then 5 for yourself. I have gone here several times now and this has happened every time. Also, the last time I was there I ordered a beef n' cheddar and didn't get any cheddar. I like Arby's but it is impractical to go there and wait 30-45 minutes at times for food when it is a fast food restaurant.
Very good are BC that very courteous employees and very good and hot food
