The restaurant was operating without a manager and service was unaffected. Kaylie did a great job at making us feel welcome and appreciated. Keep up the good work team!
I go to wings many times a week with my family, and every time I am very pleasantly greeted by Brookie. The customer service is always spectacular, and Brookie is a large part of that. She even has my order and drink memorized, and never fails to be charming in conversation.
So glad that the best bartender you guys have is back from vacation Brookie you was missed !!! Always good food and great service with her

Was there this past Friday around 8, had to be the worse wings I have ever had, they were way over cooked and like eating rocks, and hardly any sauce
Wings are good, great dry rub.The service was and still is absolutely terrible.The bartender couldn't remember a simple request for a side sauce. And proceeded to sit and mess with her phone.Never sit in and order. Order take out and check your order before you leave.
Ive been there a couple times first one did the wing challenge and beat it just like my uncle did and sevice was good. Second time service was good and so was the food. Third time though wasnt good. Had the philly and the sandwhich was really soggy and fell apart when it picked it up was not happy with that. I am not gonna write a bunch of bad stuff cause of ine experience like most of the people that come one here and just want to cry about stuff. Your store is really clean by the way probably would of chose a different spot for it like where rubys use to be thatw not to bad of a spot.
Kept bringing us the wrong drinks! Wings were dry! And the tomato’s on the salad were bad. Not very clean at all table was sticky.

We are in the Northside store without fail at least 2-3 times or sometimes more per week. We love the servers at this location. We never need menus. Brookie, Nicole & Lyndsay have our orders memorized by heart and Jalin, Jamie & Dre always have it cooked perfectly every time. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
