So awesome love this place every time i come home. Ordered a crave case that was half onion half not it came with 4 boxes of fries and also got the double cheeseburgers. Wish they had one inn texas because i love these burgers. Service was fast and done correctly. Thank you white castle crew of terre haute
Placed a mobile order just at open and had the food fairly quickly. Used the bathroom before picking up my order. Doesn't look like the fixtures haven't seen a brush in a long time. The floor outside the bathroom was visibly dirty. If I hadn't already placed and paid for the order, I would have walked out.
White Castle is something I didn’t have growing up in Nebraska, so I’m generally excited to eat some.
Food was hot and fresh. The young man who took the order was very polite.
Sliders were cold and greasy...even for White Castle. Waited at the drive through for 11 minutes. I truly hope this isn't the norm.
I'm from just south of Columbus OH the home of White Castle and hold all restaurants that I've been to to higher standards as they are in Ohio. The food was ok because I hadn't had any for several years. It didn't reach the quality and flavor of what I was used to. The burgers were not hot and greasy like I was used to and the onions were dried out and/or not cooked enough for my liking. I'm glad that I didn't order extra onions like I usually do. I'm used to soft warm buns, packed with onions and an awesome pickle or 2, & soft warm meat. Not what I received at all.
We ordered a massive amount if burgers to bring home. They were ready in about 20 min. The place is clean, burgers aren't called belly bombs for nothing!
The food was hot and we got it fast. I'm not sure what else you can ask for when visiting a White Castle. Ahh yes it was conveniently located right on 41 making it easy to get in and out while traveling north bound. Despite looking like they were understaffed (based on the number of parked vehicles in the employee area) the servers were very nice. Unfortunately probably not what I was really craving that night so the food only tasted average.
So disappointed. I rarely get "burgers" out because I don't eat beef. Ordered impossible sliders without pickle, verified order at window that it was no pickle and still had pickles on my sandwiches. Onion chips were lukewarm. Tried to call store and got voice-mail. If they make things right I'll change my review accordingly. Manager Emily was too busy with a conference call to address anything. They offered replacement but didn't seem bothered with issues.
Ordered 50 crave sandwiches and gotta say whoever was working manager or shift manager came over the speaker and said it may take 20 minutes or so as it was just her and one employee because of bad weather and employee call ins but they were friendly, fast, and efficient so wec were quite satisfied.
