Stopped today for breakfast, ordered Bacon Chicken Croissant and Seasoned Potatoes. The chicken was not fresh (made at least yesterday) seasoned potatoes tasted like fried fish and burnt oil. Will not be eating at this location again.
Dirty bathroom and dining room. Wendys needs to take care of their employees and stop running short staffed. Because that is definitely the issue here not lazy employees. The employees were busy. And the food was good.
You cannot beat Wendy's Chocolate Frosty. Had to get a large for my daughter just after having wisdom teeth pulled. A delicious cook treat after a painful procedure. While there, dad got to enjoy a bowl of chili. Wendy's never disappoints.
I went here with my daughter-in-law and my twin girls twin girls we end up sitting outside because as we walked in the door our feet stuck to the floor the tables were dirty and we almost didn't order our food because we are we were afraid of how dirty it was the food got there to us I asked for no lettuce and we end up having to scrape lettuce off my food but I wasn't going back inside to get new food so we sat in the car and ate food. It could use a lot of cleaning they spent a lot of time in the back talking and joking around while we were trying to wait for our food it took a little bit for them to realize we were standing in the dining room waiting for help.
I typically don't rate fast food since you probably know it already or can try for cheap. However this was a nice visit because of the staff. I noticed they were keeping everything clean, including picking up litter from the parking lot.
They will never get your order right no matter how you order. They have had awful customer service for months and this was the final straw. Food was wrong or missing. Drinks were incorrect and sizes wrong. And the employee did not care at all. Will not be returning.
Friendly Staff and Line moved quickly before I could order the meals from kiosks. Our food was prepared while we made our drinks. We purchased 3 of the 4 dollar meals. Happy to report all the food was made correctly and was hot and fresh! All 3 sandwiches were special ordered as well! They are open inside again! Yeah!Thanks Wendy's!
I had a horrible day and decided to stop by my favorite fast food joint for a quick and easy dinner. I met your general manager Jessica and she was VERY rude and unprofessional. My order was messed up TWICE, and she acted as though it was my fault she couldn’t get it right. Seeing the way she was speaking to a young man (employee) in front of other customers was so sad. I felt bad for him. If he was my child I would have had him walk out. Miss Jessica needs to learn how to speak with people with respect. She should be setting a standard. I will never return to this Wendy’s again. I hope this general manager is addressed for her behavior. No one deserves to be treated the way she treated that young boy. It’s sad that I will have to drive across town now when I want my favorite fast food.
Came through the drive thru this morning 2get my mother-in-law some breakfast. We were 2late tho. So I ordered her a lunch meal and myself a drink. The woman at the window (Keisha) was so polite and greeted us with a smile. Our food was hot and the service was fast. We will be returning.
I'm kind of irritated I give the guy $5.50 he handed me my change back he shorted me one quarter and I told him that he said no you give me $5 and a quarter I give the man $5.50 he shorted me 25 cents. I know it's only a quarter but if the guy can't count what's he doing at the table I know the computer tells him what to give back but if he can't put it in right or he can't make change in the first place he needs to go back to school or maybe get off his cell phone as far as I'm concerned he stoled my money
