I tried the bone-in ribeye for the first time. It's a really good steak but it's not a great steak. The fillet is still their best steak. I honestly can't say anything bad about Texas Roadhouse. You can go there and consistently get a quality steak/meal at a very good price.

Very good food, & very good service!!

The atmosphere was awesome, our waiter spot on. The salad was great. Great baked potatoes. We each ordered steak and ribs. Awesome cooking of the steaks. However the ribs were overcooked and dry. Great flavor but hard to swallow having to wash it down with every bite. Hope it was just a fluke. Will definitely try again.

Originally had a 5 star rating for two years. After our last couple visits it has easily became 2 stars. The food quality is hit or miss and the service has been laughable. We've been going to Long Horn and spending a little extra money but have had a way better experience.

After having an awful experience at our local TR, we were skeptical because the restaurant was packed. We were pleasantly surprised that our server (Chianne) was very attentive and checked on us often. Our food was amazingly prepared and served hot. This young lady totally changed our perception of what TR is like. We would return to this particular store if it weren't four hours from home. Kudos to management at this store for creating a welcoming employee and patron culture!

I visited Terre Haute for the weekend, with a group, and we had dinner at the Texas Roadhouse. I ordered the six ounce sirloin, med-well. It arrived well done, and almost dry. I ate it anyhow. A friend ordered another steak, and it wasn't cooked the way he requested. He sent it back and it seemed about 20 minutes before the replacement arrived. The rest of the group was ready to go by then. However, the server was great. (I've been to several other Roadhouse locations, in other states, and it seems like the results are the same. I may start going to Longhorn, or another steakhouse.)

Took a group of four of us here. Joined the waiting list on-line said approximately 25 minutes took about 15 and they text saying table was ready. The restaurant was clean and it was a great friendly environment. Our waitress was great she checked back periodically to make sure all was well and drinks where still good. The food came out quick and everything was fantastic.

In the 6 people in our party the only one satisfied with their food was the 9 mo old baby (just had mashed potatoes). One steak was completely well done and burned (she ordered medium) and 3 more were completely underdone and even completely rare when one was supposed to be medium well and the others medium. When we asked that one of the medium be replaced, the medium was even worse and a smaller steak size (we told our waitress). At that point we were done trying and got the check and they didnt even compensate the steak. The fried pickles we ordered were super dry and way over cooked after it came out far after our meals came out. On our way out we could even see other waiters bringing back messed up orders. Apart from the awful food experience, the waiting staff was completely understanding and amazing. They seemed just as upset about the messed up orders and were trying their best to work with customers. Really disappointed in the entire experience but hopefully tonight was just a fluke. None of us are the types to really complain and most of us even currently work in the food industry so we were trying to be as understanding as possible but Texas Roadhouse really missed the bar tonight.

The place was really busy. We got a table right away though. We ordered an appetizer and it was really good. Rolls where hot and fresh. Our prime rib wasn't cooked well. It had a funny taste and was really chewy. The sides were great. Just wouldn't recommend getting the prime rib.
