This used to be my favorite mexican in Terre Haute, but the quality and quantity of the food has drastically fallen off. I always get a King Burrito wet (since I was 15 now 50) and it has gone from filling the dish it comes in to maybe 1/3 of it. Also, my burrito had more black olives than beef.... I ended up throwing away the last 1/4 of what I did have due to being all Olives... Another issue is I ordered it WET, and what I got would barely be qualiified as DAMP. Same with my Beef Enchiladas. They barely had sauce on them and was dry inside it as well... Im truly disappointed by my visit since I was really looking forward to eating there. I would rather pay a little more for quality and quantity than pay anything for something I just didnt wanna eat. The large cheese dip (except for the half full chip bags) was still really good.
Been going there for my friends and family for fifty years I think I love this restraunt and they have never hardly raised there prices they are part of the heart of terre haute good place ask the boys that ride that blue line God Bless this place
Food was great like always, cashier was amazing! As for other staff when they called my number my food was not made properly, so ai addressed it and the staff was rude about having to make it rt and the shoved it at me
Always amazing. Always quick. Best tacos. Burrito wet and hot! Enchilada. I just love it all. Everything is always yummy. And of course a super root beer to wash it all down!
This place hasn’t changed at all. It still looks like it did in the 80’s. Same tables same plants. The food is fantastic. It’s a local favorite. The food has a great flavor to it. Restaurant is outdated but with great food who cares? Re
Have always loved their deliciously awful food. Finally never going back unless I eat in. Portions keep getting smaller, and my wet plate was dry as a bone - no sauce at all. So disappointed.
Food was better this time, than the last few times the food came out a lot warmer they still need to make sure that it is at a hotter temperature, at least the cheese was melted.
Best hole in the wall tacos you will ever get!
Delicious. Inexpensive. LOVE IT
I have been eating at this restaurant since middle school and am 61 years old so for around 49 years. We had friends who had moved out of state who would stop to eat here and one of my son's friends comes here with his girlfriend from Indy because they loved the food. No longer. The food is not as good, including the flour tortillas having changed, order wait time has increased, staff rudeness is at an all time high and orders are chronically incorrect. When you try to notify them about errors in your order, the employee returns your call after hours and screams at you that "she won't put up being spoken to in that tone nor will she be yelled at" when you try to calmly and rationally explain the many errors they made in your foods preparation while people sitting next to you look aghast because you haven't raised your voice nor been rude nor used coarse language. Then when you leave a message that you need to talk to a manager the next day, you don't receive a return call. I will never eat at Taco Casita again as long as I live. The food is no longer the same quality as before and orders are never right.
