Some guy that works there needs a raise cuz he is the best customer service person in Terre Haute, Indiana! His co-workers could learn from him. I wish I knew his name.
One visit is all it took. I was wondering why the wait was so long. Once I pulled up to the window 3 workers standing around arguing, and on the brink of fighting, with the 3 working. Gave me food and one drink. When I asked for my other two, I was berated. I had to show my reciept, just given to me, to prove I had two more drinks. The topper? Me and my two kids threw up within 2 hours of eating this food. This is a prime location, so I guess that is why taco bell put its finest product and crew there. ?
It's taco bell. Not even the same Ole menu since most things have been removed from menu. Tacos and burritos. Staff is exceptional though
Crew is untrained, inappropriate, rude and don’t take their jobs seriously. I had to take my food up there three times until it was finally made right. When they brought it out they shoveled the tray at me and said “here is that better”.
Took my grandsons here and had a really great time. taco bell was the icing on the cake for a day to remember. none of us will ever forget the exspirence
Food was messed up, not just ours but watched multiple people come in from the drive thru to complain. Freezing cold in the dining room and no hot water in the restroom. When I told staff the bathroom was out of TP the only response was "ok". At that time no cars at the drive thru, no orders for the dinning room... They, the 4 staff members I could see, stood there for 10 minutes with their arms crossed. No one moved to refill it, so we left and had to find a different place to go to the rest room. We had already been traveling 8 hours. So we will make sure if we ever stop in Terre Haute again we will NOT go to Taco Bell-- the staff had 0 customer service skills, VERY slow with making the food, did make food properly, and did nothing to correct problems within the facilities.
This specific taco bell on us41 is the worst! They miss items constantly, get orders wrong constantly. I've gotten so many damn free taco coupons I'm going to have to start using them as toilet paper. Woefully mismanaged. They need to shut down and start over at this location. Highly recommend the Wabash store over us41.
Went through the drive thru in the morning. The woman working was very pleasant, and my quesadilla was cooked fresh and delicious. Thank you!
I would love to give zero stars. I ordered a nacho bell grande with no beans, extra beef, extra nacho cheese, no tomato. I know I’m picky but I’m allergic to beans. When I got home, there was extra beans. I didn’t say I was allergic but I didn’t think I needed to. Make sure if y’all have an allergy, announce it.
The only negative I had was listening to the crew manager picking on another employee while I was sitting at my table.
