Went in last night and had a awesome experience, Brigitte moved to the new store here on Wabash so as I promised I came in to get a sub from her new store, she was at college and sure enough she greeted me with a smile and she even remembered what I liked on my sub, Now that is customer service, she made my sub and it was fresh and she even talked me into trying the new steak sub and the cookies I can go for days about how good the cookies this little manager can make are. I enjoyed the conversation and experience so much I decided to dine in and wow has this new manager turned this store around!! The floors were spotless the bathroom was spotless and the environment was friendly and felt like a regular restaurant in experience. because of how bad this store was I used to have to drive all the way to college for a Simi decent sub, but when I met Brigitte at college St and she made me and my wife and children's food so wonderfully I told her we were going to give Wabash another shot and I am so glad we did, I don't know about how it is run when Brigitte isn't there but it's definitely running top shape when she is working. You guys got one of the best managers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, thank you for how great you treated myself my wife and my autistic child your truly the best

Thought I'd give Subway a shot since they introduced a new menu. Slow service and help me make sense of the picture please? Your sales continuing a downward trend will continue until you actually provide fresh ingredients with bread that isn't stale consistently. Change the menu all you want, quality control is lacking and you have much bigger problems than what's being provided on the menu.
We went through the drive through to order a Italian style 6 inch sandwich and we told the worker that we wanted salad, cheese, tomatoes, etc. She gave us our subway back without saying bye and closed the window in our face. She was extremely rude. The bread was smashed and inside was only few pepperoni, tomatoes, salami and little ranch. It looks like I just got it out of a trash can. I am very disappointed.
Employees standing around and made us wait way too long. Do something instead of stand there when you have people waiting on you. This location has lazy people who just want to stand around. I’d give it zero stars if I could.
Food was great! The service wasn't the best but it could have been worse.
I did a mobile order and had two sauces on it. One was a regular amount and the other was extra. There was only one sauce and it was barely there. My sandwich tastes so dry and it's not what I ordered. This is the third time it's happened at three different subways when doing mobile order. It's supposed to make it easier but I never get what I ordered. At this point it's more of an inconvenience than a help. Paying $10 for a sandwich I expect it to be what I ordered...it's just...disappointing.
I walked in to the store. Three girls where working. One was doing paperwork one seen me and walked in the back. One girl just looked at me. She never asked me about anything. My husband got a wrap and I had to tell her how to make it. She then said sorry I'm new here. I said it's ok. I will not be returning to this location
Good sandwich. Service was good. It’s subway. Not much to report here. The restaurant is clean. They are short staffed and the hours keep changing. It’s hard to know when to go. They are also suggesting tips for employees now.
People rang up two sandwiches wrong and only replaced one employees were rude abt it and we will not be coming back to this location due to employees and mess ups
