I took my own order, seated myself, got my own food, my own refills, and cleaned my own table.... Like what's the point in going out???? It's not a "dine in restaurant" it's a do it yourself kitchen.
I'd give it 5 stars, just bummed they've gone to self ordering & self service. That said, the food, drink & shake was *great*! I've had some sketch experiences @ S&S over the years but this particular visit was really good. ?
Don't go. Was just there a couple days ago. You order on a kiosk. They holler your order number when it's ready, then run and hide. Orders are now served in plastic baskets and you get plastic untensils. Terrible experience.
Not clean. Found out that this establishment has a gift card that expires? Thought all cards are refundable? Not a pleasant visitNo problem paying for vh our food. The food was extremely greasy. Will not return.
Had to enter your order on a computer, fairly easy, but no disinfect to clean after each use. Tables dirty, was there 45 minutes, no one came out to clean. About 20 minutes to get our order. Butter burger, bun had a hole in it like when it went to the basket someone put there thumb through it. Onion rings, dripping with grease. Men's room was disgusting. Will never go back to this location.
The burgers and shakes were excellent. I like the idea of do it yourself ordering, but someone should clean the screens often.
Food was good but my shake was off. Not sure why, but something didnt taste right with it. They have the lack of employees figured out, you order your food at a Kiosk and then they make it and hollar out your name/number for you to get it. Cuts out the need for 2 to 3 servers per shift...
Burgers are not bad, but you might az well goto White Castles.. Why they SMASH there beef patties paper thin like that. A triple burger is da same size as a regular Quarter pounder.. I understand trying to be unique but datz not flying.. My opinion.! Good shakes tho..
Nothing but a McDonald’s now. The chili 5 way looked like someone threw up in plastic container and had so much water in it. I guess they don’t drain the pasta anymore. I got my cup of chili with my meal instead of before so I didn’t eat it all it was a waste of my money.I always went there because they waited on us and it was good food and the fact that they had real plates and silverware was great. I won’t go inside to eat again.
I like their burgers. You can now use the dining room but.... No wait staff. You have to go up to the counter and use a touch screen to place your order and then wait for your number to be called so you can go pick up your order. While they have never been cheap I don't think their prices have gone up. They are still fairly slow. Although I think they should tip me for doing half the work.
