I was impressed by the service here at this particular Starbucks. As we ordered coffee, the man there noticed we were signing. He started to sign as well (asl). There are not enough places to actually accommodate hearing impaired people and this just impressed me and made my moms day. Thank you Starbucks.
Undogfriendly rude services . While one the staff was very nice towards my puppy another asked me to leave while I’m waiting fir my order I asked how do i get my order she said we will give you outside. Can you imagine that situation? Poor service
Overall it is a good spot to visit. Stays pretty busy, so don't expect to have your order immediately. Drive thru seems to take priority over walk in orders. But staff friendly and definitely working hard to get orders out.
Quick service with helpful baristas. Tasty drinks and food. The cafe area was very clean, but both bathrooms had toilet paper all over the floor and were generally not very clean.
Employees are very sweet. They were out of a lot of items but typical with the supply shortage. They did a great job making suggestions on alternatives.
The customer service here is pretty terrible. I ordered a drink and 30 min later my drink was not ready. The guy working had his back to me the whole time and saw me waiting, but was ignoring me. When I finally got his attention, he didn’t apologize and just said “it’s probably over there” and didn’t even go look. Turns out the drink was never made and the employees just stood there still not making it and STILL didn’t apologize. I asked for a refund and left.
Always get good food here but lately it seems service and care are lacking. Food thrown in bag this morning with nothing else to use to eat it and just over half cup of coffee. Not cool. Cmon Starbucks we know you’re busy and we appreciate you coming to the Eastside. Show us some love and we’ll do the same.
Excellent staff. Drive through full so we went inside. Everyone was working hard. Drive through was processed fast and inside customers was processed fast also. Excellent job staff. Store and restrooms was very clean.
We LOVE Starbucks. Not a great amount of kindness/commen sense at this location though. Usually love our coffee shop breaks at Starbucks. What a bummer.
The experience here was great! I tried the hot chocolate for the first time and it wasn't my favorite thing I've ever gotten at Starbucks. The customer service and our other drinks were great though!
