“Hot coffee” was soo cold, not even warm. Terrible. Waited 20 min for it which was upsetting. Next time, I’ll just save time and money and buy a better cup of coffee from literally any gas station, before visiting this Starbucks again.

New person made a mistake on our order and someone fixed it later and was very nice about it and very prompt to redo it.

A long line in the drive-through could potentially be an excuse for delayed service in the lobby if it weren't for the fact that (1) the line outside wasn't moving either, and (2) I personally watched the Starbucks staff casually saunter around, in no hurry to serve anyone and not especially polite, either. I was very unimpressed with the customer service. Not friendly, and not at all apologetic for making me (and the lady ahead of me) wait 20 minutes to be served a basic order (mine was just a common coffee).
Uber Eats Driver pick-up ?? Girls here are friendly and fast! They make sure to get your order out fast once driver has arrived! Then it is packaged so nicely in a bag and sent out with stickers to keep closed!! Making my job easier! ☕ ☕ Thanks!!??
