I go regularly and as good of service I get there's been a few times they got my order wrong which is rare.
This was around 10:30AM on 5/7/22. DRIVE THRU ONLY :( Not very convenient for a rest stop along the highway. Also, cars for the drive thru were backed up off the property. Fortunately there is another Starbucks to the North
This Starbucks is hit or miss on how your coffee is made. Wife and I got the same coffee, Hers tasted watered down, barely any flavor, mine ok.
Needed to make a change for an order because 1)they were out of an item we ordered in the app and 2) I forgot to make a change to a drinkWe confirmed the change before they made the drinks and they made it wrong still. They said they could fix it but she made my husband feel bad so he just kept the original drinkThey also forgot one of our drinks and only gave us 2 even though we ordered 3
Went through the drive thru, service was speedy (wayyy speedier than average at other locations). Gave my customized order, and got it back perfectly. Lovely note written on my lid <3. Thank you so much!!
Lovely location, very kind people working here. They were personable and professional. Much needed break after a hectic morning.
For how small the building is, they are able to keep lines moving even during the busiest of times. Great service with a smile
Quick and easy to order, drinks are correct, and the staff is super friendly. Easy location right off the interstate. Coffee stop here is a good choice since there's also a gas station right there.
Don't waste time with mobile ordering. Other drinks will sit melting and/or cooling off on the counter while your order is slowly pushed back. I've always thought Starbucks tastes a tad "off" and this disaster of an ordering system is another reason to avoid the place. There are numerous locally owned coffee shops that can out whip and out draw Starbucks any day.
So I asked for a grande chai tea, should have known something was wrong when it cost $5.00 for just tea. Well flavored water. And received it and it was a chai tea latte. That's fine I didn't care too much about that. But the barista should know the difference. I drove away before trying it and it was honestly just hot milk with a slight cinnamon taste. So not really a chai tea latte either. The workers aren't very organized and seem frazzled most of the time.
