Ordered door dash as no one in my family could go out. Our order was incomplete when we received it. We were missing a sandwich. We called the location and they were unwilling to make any arrangements to deliver our sandwich. I'm convinced that the diligence and accuracy of these employees is greatly lacking. Don't count on them for supper. This is not the first time that we have identified incompetence here.
They rarely get my order right and it always takes forever. Tonight, I ordered two blasts, each with two toppings. I came back because one of them was missing the Reese’s. Instead of making a new one, they brought out a cup of Reese’s, like I have a machine to mix it. It was either that or take my blast back (that I had to dig into with my fingers because they didn’t give me spoons thinking there wasn’t Reese’s because there wasn’t any on top) so she could add the Reese’s into it…after I had I already touched it.
An hour before closing drive thru is full and all the stalls are full and no one is getting service 0/10 don’t recommend
I'm normally not the type of person to leave a negative review, but the customer service was definitely lacking. I get you guys are short staffed, but don't take it out on your customers by being standoff-ish and rude.The young lady that took my payment and gave me the food was one of two employees that I interacted with and she was standoff-ish to the point she seemed annoyed I even chose the restaurant in the first place. The gentleman that took my order was worse and was blatantly annoyed and it showed plain as day in his tone of voice.On the matter of food, it was nothing to write home about. The tots were good and fresh. The chicken bites had very little sauce, not sure if it was a policy change or just line rushing to get it out, but all in all mediocre at best.This is the fourth sonic location in the country I've gone to (none are local to me unless I want to drive 45mins, but I've gone to two in Missouri and now two here in Indiana due to how often I travel long distance for work) and this location by far is the worst that I have tried out of them all. Prior to this visit I've gotten amazing customer service and great food every single time from each restaurant. First and definitely last time going to this one, especially since there are at least 6 other food options all within eyeshot of the location, two of which I have had amazing customer service at.TL;DR I get you're stressed because you aren't paid enough and are short staffed, but even a fake smile for the sake of customer service will definitely go a long way in getting return visitors. The North Sonic on Ft. Harrison has really stepped their game up and they are much quicker on getting the orders out and correctly than before the pandemic!
Food quality is not as good as I've had in other locations. Enjoy the drive in service though.
Adding chili and cheese to food makes it better. So, all of the hotdogs and tater tots from Sonic are better.
Check everything before you leave. They are notorious for leaving items off or messing your order up in general.
Every time I order a sweet tea it's always un sweet
This location has the rudest crew and management of any quick service chain I have been to. They charged my card twice and told me to contact my bank. Very shady.
