Very good, love those Rally fries, seems like this location always lacks in service though. Very good and friendly but always some mistake, tighten up guys you're good not excellent
Refused to sell us food as a walk up transaction even though they had just sold food to a previous customer at the walk up window. We were unable to use the drive thru because my truck and trailer would not have fit.
Didn't get what I ordered an what I did get was absolutely disgusting. I will never go back there.
Fries were good as always, they had to remake 2 if the sandwiches and the chicken bites were dried out but the chicken tender box if my bestfriend had tried to eat it would have broken her teeth. They were so dried out.
ZERO STARS, I CAME AND ORDERED 2 CHICKEN BITE BOXES AND A 2 FOR $6 DOUBLE RALLYBURGER AN EXTRA BURGER AND SMALL FRY, AND A LARGE LEMONADE. i GOT HOME TO REALIZE THAT I ONLY RECEIVED 2 OF MY BURGERS AND THEY WERE SINGLES AND I ONLY RECEIVED 1 CHICKEN BITE BOX. AFTER CALLING THEM THE NEXT DAY THEY TOLD ME TO BRING THE FOOD, THAT I OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T HAVE BECAUSE IT'S 12 HRS LATER, BACK IN ORDER TO GET A REFUND OR A REPLACEMENT. I LET "THE MANAGER" KNOW THAT I DID NOT HAVE THE FOOD AND ASKED FOR CORPORATES NUMBER AND HE HUNG UP ON ME. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND THE FOOD WAS COLD. DO NOT EAT HERE.
Fast service almost no waiting, polite employees, good value overall
Fast service, drive through speaker need some repairs, it making static noise when employees are talking correct food order. Friendly staff.
Didn't get my order right ? and when I went back thru the drive thru to have them correct it they still couldn't get it right!
I still have yet to receive a call from upper management and/or the district manager after speaking with Rally’s customer service. I spent over 21 minutes in line from the time marked on my receipt to the time I received my food. The poor design of the lot makes it so you are “trapped” in the drive through by a curb. People were getting out and asking the vehicles behind them to back up so they could leave. Third poor experience in a row in Terre Haute with Rally’s. Obviously customer service is not a priority and there is no commitment from management on following though on callbacks. Obviously need to look at a new DM/RM to better serve the greater area of Terre Haute and to remediate these issues.
Food was good. They dont have enough help and makes bad for the few good ones they do have.
