Went through drive thru and there was no wait to place order. Order taker was friendly and got our order correct. We used a coupon and she had no issue with it. Guy at the window greeted us and even asked if we wanted any other condiment like jelly for our biscuits. Which we did. Order was fast and food was fresh. I ended up not liking my coleslaw so I had my husband go take it back in and they replaced it free of charge for some fries. My husband loves the Mac and cheese here! We order chicken tenders and they were fresh and crispy. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 was because the colesaw didn't taste right. But other than that amazing customer service. We will definitely be back in the future. Keep up the good work
Food was great like other Popeyes locations but has a speed problem. For sure not the worst one that I've been to but also not the best. Only 1 person working the counter, taking and fulfilling orders :( I saw at least one couple leave because of the line and the rest of us just grin and bear it. They could make more if they understood throughput. I would stop again because of the menu....
Our food was awful. French fries were cold and limp. Chicken sandwich was luke warm. Popeyes is so good in the South. To bad up here can't get it right. We are done trying Popeyes up here.
I absolutely love their chicken, but always check your food before you leave. They give me spicy instead of mild or vice versa about every third visit, also a bit forgetful when it comes to the extras, sporks , sauce and so on. Food gets an A+ but service needs work
Shrimp had sat after frying bit, chicken sandwich was fresh, rice and beans was good, coleslaw was old and should not have been served. Dining was fairly clean. Needed some tables wiped down.
Great experience!!! Traveling back home, stopped for lunch. Had the chicken sandwich, fries, chicken nuggets kids meal. All food was excellent, hot, prepared correctly. The staff were all friendly, and the restroom and restaurant were very clean. Had a terrible experience the other day traveling through at the KFC, which was the WORST we've ever experienced. Kudos to this Popeyes!!!!
Food was fresh, but they gave me an eight piece nugget instead of the 5pc spicy tender meal I ordered. They also forgot to give us ranch. Drive through was a little slow, but the staff were polite!
Have visited several times. They get your order right, way more often than other fast food places in town. Food is good also.
Chicken wasnt the warmest at the time I got it but great customer experience and i appreciate them redoing my chicken sandwich instead me having to wait a other 10 minutes.But please make up your mind, literally if you're scared to open inside then dont because I cant keep asking to see "Hey! Is the inside open?" "No."
